Pretty nice app, most functions are common ones needed remotely. But, for some reasons, the fingerprint function is disabled frequently. It will be nice to have Bluetooth power dropped and phone key only works when driver is 2ft from the car so the car will not unlock while I am walking around the garage.

Linked at delivery and quite pleased with what I could see and do remotely. One day later the application won't let me log in because it now claims I don't have any products linked to my account. What's that sitting in my garage right now then???

Keep up the good work in adding new and innovative features. Many other auto makers are getting into this space now but many also ask for subscription or payment to use these kind of features. Would love to see the ability to have a trip planner with different route options in this app that could then be sent to my vehicle so I can just start driving immediately.

The occasional connection issues aside this has been very useful. Tesla need to expand the range of the preconditioning feature to include the rest of the cold weather options.

An absolute must for all Tesla owners! One of the best parts of owning the car is the connection to it anytime, anywhere. Adding heated seat control would be a pretty boss update someday.

Great app, with many features. It would be nice to set a timer for climate control. And since the app has been out for a long time, i think third party apps are doing better regarding features for the model X. Hope the tesla team can do some more. Feks, the option to turn climate control on automatically 10min before supercharging is complete...

Works pretty good most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't stay connected with my car might be because my phone I don't know

When the PowerWall kicks in as primary source, it should send a notification so you know you are operating on battery

Can't login to the app before car is available. Can't see what design options are available or where the charging stations are. When car is available, notifications don't word wrap, so they get truncated after one line of text.

Love it! Another button for the heated seats would be nice

Super convenient.

Does awesome things, but three stars doesn't come close to showing how far it is from meeting its potential. This app could tell you if your tire pressure got too low so that you don't ever find your car with a flat, and it won't. It could let you plan a trip including Supercharger times, from your current location *or elsewhere*, and it won't. It could probably let you view the vehicle's cameras to check on your car, and it won't. It could tell you if it starts to rain using the rain sensor, and it won't. It could let you roll your windows up if you left them down, and it won't. It could alert you if the interior temperature changed too much, and it won't. It could probably let you open and close the trunk for someone while keeping the other doors locked, and it won't. It could let you raise or lower the suspension which could be useful, but probably would be just for fun, and it won't.

Tesla Power wall 2 : The app is pretty and has a nice user interface. But I have a number of issues. The drop down is too small, I don't have baby fingers6. Please increase the size. The very pretty and nice ui usage display is severely lacking in range of data. What every user wants is lots of analysis. Today, yesterday and week doesn't cut it. We need monthly and weekly data for any week. And comparisons between weeks and between months. How else can we fine tune our usage? If you can't do that, then please please give me all the data.

GUYS PLEASE PUT A TIME STAMP ON CHARGING STARTED FOR ALL US IN PAID CAR PARKS CHARGING IN ASIA! Guys the app is amazing and has saved my day on so many occasions when I've left without keys and don't wanna waste my time going back or my keys are at the bottom of my bag or for preparing air con before I get to the boiling hot car. Please add the ability to update the car remotely from it. Because quite often for people here in Hong Kong we park in a totally different building to where we live and work, so it would help alot!

App is not upto tesla reputation for quality of product. It has the basic features but loading time is almost always slow/bad. Turning the app on and doing what needs to be done should be a less than 10s total task! Also when we lock the car it would be nice if the windows also rolled up as needed. Quite disappointed with the app overall.

I wish, I could control the charging speed, AC fan speed and get a read about battery charge as % and range for both typical and related!

Needs a warning notification when the car isn't plugged in at night. Driving a rental car cause you forgot to charge your $200k car is next level preposterous.

The app no longer works with my Samsung Note 5. Either fix this version or roll back to the earlier version. Very frustrating!

Very handy app. Only extras that I can think of would be android wear compatibility, the ability to switch from range to percentage and change charging schedule.

Phone app has more informative release notes than the car does when updates come...

Can you please add alert notification for the sunroof open in case it rains (using the sensors which turn wipers on)?

Widget support for Android needed.

Fantastic

The app works pretty well overall with connection at decent speed. I am taking away stars for not having Widget support on Android (yet iOS has it). Also I would like to see.it support turning on AC/heated seats and steering wheel not just climate. Also I would like to see direct Google Home and Amazon Alexa integration for voice control (instead of 3rd party that you question if you should trust with access).

Fantastic app. Supports grid, usage and solar. Nice to have all in one app. Updates faster than inverter app. Could use time left on power wall and better grid charging. Every week app stops working. Needs work to fix as you start to rely on data. Keeps dropping out. If it did not do that 5 stars

Using app to keep track of my powerwall 2. keeps saying server error or network error. Then logs me out. When I log back in it's fine again for another few minutes. At the very least the app should remember your username if it's going to keep asking you to log back in.

It doesn't tell the availability of stalls in each location like the on screen does in the car. I think it is easy to add it in the App but why they didn't.

Power Wall 2 is working very well....I just wish you could use it with a timer

Needs more remote features. Third party apps can do much more. Would be nice to adjust charging start/stop times.

Very unreliable. Has now failed to connect for four days.

Use it daily for remote AC, unlock and charge features. Looking forward to Model 3.
