Tesco Clubcard

Tesco help? Trouble with Registering details. All fine until I get to the 'drop down list' for address after typing a valid postcode. I get no option to select nor to manually type address, so registration cannot be completed. Get it sorted please.

Absolute rubbish. I have found that if you try to register your clubcard account you cannot. Am about to uninstall. 1 star is 5 stars too many

Can't register. Says digits are wrong and when I scan my clubcard it says its invalid??

Doesn't support rooted devices. I can't see a good reason why this app shouldn't - Tesco should be checking all data server-side anyway.

Would not let me register postcode wrong not rubbish app

Good app but I believe the branch's hours is wrong it shows til midnight when my local store shuts at 11pm

Takes days to register any points you get when using card or fob in store

Tesco, you NEED to support rooted devices.

Would be 5 star if it tied in locations so that a notification containing my clubcard came up while I was in a tesco store. Would be relatively easy using the android pay loyalty API. Get it done please :D

The numbers from Clubcard at login is a pain if you want to use the digital Clubcard at checkout. The Android Pay version is quicker to use instead. Looking forward to the expanded local store information in regards to offers.

Feel robbed. I'm promised points but the app tells me I have none. I've just cut up my real clubcard altogether.

I go on my browser and can log in fine, but on the app it says my card is not active. I'm now locked out.

The app no longer tells me how many points I have, so I have no way of keeping track, bet any money that Tesco are reducing my points as I type this!

Password comforts to requirements but gets rejected EVERY TIME IT'S ENTERED I HAVE TO MAKE A NEW PASSWORD UP

Tried to log in but couldn't use the drop down selection for an address so will have to register on the website using my laptop instead

Won't accept clubcard number when I log in from neither my fob nor my Tesco Credit card.

Refuses to start, claiming the device is rooted when it is obviously not.

It tells me it won't work because my phone is rooted. It isn't.

Entered the correct digits when entering 3 digits of my clubcard at login screen to be told it is incorrect and locked for 1 hour!!!!

Won't let me complete survey via app...keeps stalling .... so can't claim my 25 points!!!

Seriously, Tesco? Blocking rooted devices for the PayQwiq app can be somewhat justified, due to handling debit/credit card information, but not a simple loyalty card app! At least Stocard doesn't discriminate against rooted devices. Go download that instead if you want to store your Clubcard on your phone.

Useless and unacceptable. All other apps I use, including banking and finance apps, work on my rooted tablets and phones except this one. Tesco Android Police sticking their necks out for no good reason. Wind your necks in Tesco and remove the stupid restriction.

Doesn't work on my S7 Edge at all.. Tried signing in but it won't let me go any further. Don't bother downloading this app it's a waste of time, DOESN'T WORK!!!

Why cant it remember my login? Dont use it anymore. Total rubbish. Note to Tesco: this is a loyalty card - please explain why i should be loyal to this crap?

Can sign into my account fine on the website, same details on the app and it says incorrect details given, even scanning the club card brings up the same error..

Still not a great app, but the process of adding your Clubcard into Android Pay is very cool.

Every time I try to login it say's my username or password is wrong, but they work for me when I go on there website.

Maybe not the app to blame but security prompt for club card digits does not offer numeric keypad. Attempted to leave feedback via app but text did not appear when typing on keyboard!!!

Absolute rubbish sign in then it asks me to confirm clubcard number the after i type in my number it says my account already connected to club card number and can only have one club card i know that i only have 1 club card sort it out

It just doesn't work. It's annoying enough that you have to keep on pressing the symbols button if you have a lot of numbers in your password, but then half of the drop down menus that need to be used for example to select my address don't even work!!!
