Hi its a wonderful app. Just one problem i am facing. Sms to Pakistan feature isn't working. I tried sending text to different Pakistan's mobile numbers. App says message sent. But other side person aren't getting my messages. Even though i have balance in app. I hope you could figure it out. Thanks again for a awesome calling application.

Have been using this app more than a year to make calls to India on a regular basis. Excellent call quality and very reliable app compared to others. Only one feature to complain is, it needs Internet to be able to open and make calls which is why I've to have few more alternative apps installed as we can never rely on Internet in all places. Still that's a feature, not an issue. Happy with the app.

I have been a happy user of this app for years, and even managed to convert some friends onto it. However, for the past three or so weeks, I am getting a really annoying and time wasting behaviour from the app. I start a call and after about 6 minutes into the call, there is an abrupt silence, then a playback of the other person's voice from the beginning of the call. I need to terminate and redial or even kill and relaunch. Please fix asap. There are too many competitors!

terrible apps and rude customer service workers, you try to make call and it tells you, your card is in use and next minutes all the credit you have is gone, you report it to them and they tells you there is nothing they can do. be careful with tesco calling they allowed you to use the apps for a few months without problems and then they will start deducted money from your account. Disgusting customer service team

Rubbish. Tried to add credit and get unknown error. Even used tesco credit card to do it. Called customer services told to delete and reinstall app and it would definitely work. It didn't so I'll use a different app as there are plenty that do the same job

Is this a new joke that i haven't heard yet? Many numbers I've been dialing for years are not valid according to the app! Totally hated it now! Also I wonder why i cant dial any 0800 numbers? And from time to time when i dial a usual number it says "sorry we are unable to connect your call this time". And so many country rates are unfairly changed so just to let you know that there are many free apps to make free calls in these days. Not using it anymore.

I downloaded this app for my mother's phone for her convenience as she had to make quite a lot of phone calls back to our family members abroad, to save her having to get on the bus to go and buy a lebara voucher. Tesco with its infinite wisdom decided to block her account as she was topping up too often with her debit card. I mean wow. I didn't even know that was a thing. So now they are saying that she has to go and buy a voucher. Which defeats the purpose. I guess she is going back to lebara.

It used to be good & I was happy with it for a while until recipients (people I message via the app) started telling me they didn't receive or cannot read any SMS I sent via the app. So unfortunately I can't text via the app anymore. As I'm deaf, it's the only thing I can do with the app so it's useless for me now.

For some reason even after topping up your card, it still deducts from your calling credit which defects the object of having a calling card??? Can this be fixed as it does appear to be taxing your monies...

Requested calling history for more than 30 days now. Still waiting. When called customer care they told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Very rude staff.

You have to top up every 3 months or you lose any credit you have. Utter tripe.Inconsistent call quality. Calls dont connect. Poor customer service.

Fantastically cheap. At the moment it is free calls to landlines including 0300, 0333 and even 0800 numbers. Also free SMS and only 1p to mobiles. European numbers are all about the same price and the £1 free Topup will last you ages to start with. Also had to contact Customer Services through my own stupidity by mistyping the Calling Card Number while topping up and they were GREAT!

In my experience over the last six months about 25% of calls cannot be connected. About 50% of those that are connected have terrible echoes that makes for an almost unusable call. When using in Europe, calls to mobiles are often more expensive(about 11p per minute) than going via normal UK network. Tesco always respond to the service quality criticisms in these reviews(and there are lots of them) but nothing ever changes. Certainly not in the two years that I've been using it.

I think your app has been hacked into and I don't suspect cross network whatever that means. I have placed a call to another country 4 times in the past few days and each time they see another a different country number calling them and my UK number is not showing

This didn't work to call Morocco but kept charging me. Although the support team were very helpful it was deeply distressing to find they made test calls to my personal contacts without even speaking the language..This caused great distress and resulted in lost wages and expense for my Moroccan friend who had to buy an international calling card to call me and ask what it was about. I wasn't even asked if they could call him, rather intrusive? POSTSCRIPT well done, clear phone calls to Morocco now, thanks

Good call quality and easy to use interface. But my free credit is about to expire and am unable to top up. After entering card details i get "Mipay error"

Calls just don't connect. When trying to get help via email from the support team all I get is repeated messages back saying my email won't show in their system. Turns out their email system is removing my support requests and saying they're spam. Utterly ridiculous. So it's impossible for me to use the service OR get support to understand how to resolve. Save your money, this is a 100% failure of a calling service.

Use it as the cost of calls are good. Although the app is not as consistent as it was. Many a times when you select contact to call it just doesn't do anything. I end up using the direct dial number to call

Used to work fine. But for the past 3 months none SMS reach their destination, as well as top up is no longer possible with a payment card. Not to mention random call drops...

Unable to call 0844, 0845, or 09 numbers, theres no video caling feature, unable to send picture messages, speed dialling, this app wont open phone number links on any website displaying phone numbers in plain text, So many issues with this app but calling normal landlines and mobiles is very good

I would of gave it a 5* only if I could get a monthly statement of whom I am making the call to like a normal statement you get from your service provider as which I spend roughly £40 a month on Tesco international calling.The quality of the call is Good 98% of the Time

Hello Good app, I'd like to suggest improvements to the app 1) Being able to text someone not in your contacts, as at the moment you have to save a number as a contact to text it. 2) Make the loading of Contacts much faster as,it takes,very long to process each time,after you close the app. 3) remove the dialog warning you travel mode is on everytime when placing a call

Advised to delete & reinstall by helpline erroneous message on calling incorrect no (must call from within app, when I had). Have already discussed w helpline who pointed out incorrect no on one call, tho not pertinent to this error.

Dont waste ur time trying this one. Went from Best to worst in span of year. Doesn't connect and even if it does gets cut in 1sec most times, have to try 2 or 3 times to connect a call, volume is so low (Local calls are fine), too much disturbance over line, and complete black out for 10 secs or so and then line comes back. Time to say bye.

The App is really disappointing and poor. It will not allow me to top up my credit via the app. In the past I have been able to do this fine but lately all of get is error or unsuccessful. Until this is resolved I can't give this app more than 1 star.

Found this app while looking for a normal wi-fi calling app for tesco mobile... apparently this is as close as it gets. Got through the entire ToS - yes, I read it - at which point it still wasn't clear what the pricing structure is, so I figured I'd find out by signing up. Not so fast! To register this app, which people use for sending and receiving calls and text messages when they're in areas with no phone signal, you have to receive a verification SMS. Right. I have a Tesco SIM card in my phone, and I have the main Tesco mobile app which gives me access to all my account management options and billing history for my tesco mobile account. And yet the only way the developers of this APP FOR SENDING AND RECEIVING CALLS AND SMS WITHOUT PHONE SIGNAL could think of to verify my phone number and carrier, is to SEND ME AN SMS. I can't even call customer support, because I need phone coverage to enable no-coverage phone calls.

After 6 months it is took my £10, after I rang them they extended it for another 6months, but after credit expired as well with out chance to restore it. Why Skype never expire credit or Viber? Prices are not competitive at all. (Calling Ukraine). So basically when I needed this app most it is failed on me. Sorry tesco mobile,but unlike sim network experience,which is I am actually using, this service is utter s**t.

Overall good app. Call quality is exceptional (even good), the only thing which does not seem to work is the sms feature; have tried multiple times and still nothing. Please fix this.

Regretting topping up with 10 pounds, since call charges are cheap, you will never be able to spend it and your money will expire after six months. Just stick to Skype.

When calling in app it says calls made to this number must be made through the Tesco calling card app I even enabled travel mode which shows the call will be done via WiFi. It just doesn't work!
