Smart Bus for Android
Can't even open the app if you are not a registered customer. But anyone can board the bus now and doesn't have to register with Smartbus. So the app is not catering to all the new customers.

the app cant not trace the bus at all. the schedule in the app and website is also slightly different.
Unable to use the app since it's asking for NRIC/FIN. After submitting the fin number it give a error screen. What is the need for NRIC/ FIN for using the bus. Its not required by the law.
Not very useful. Live tracking rarely work. Badly designed and slow interface.
Not showing any active trip.. I hav tried reinstall again also. Some routes from yishun not displayed. ..
app keeps on crashing without showing any routes. it worked only once for me.

Real time tracking showing with timings
The app does not show updates for 737 bus - both morning & evening.
It's asking for FIN/NRIC number. I entered mine and it prompted that I'm not an existing customer. What??
I cannot use this app, it is asking for my IC. I don't know where to register. I think no need to register right?
The app is very good very useful as well for the customers
The app is no good. Does not show bus timings. The only button that works is the one to talk to their customer service.
