termi for Android
This looks good. I installed it primarily for Povray but it looks like I can do much more than this such as compile and run C programs; and it even supports X11- it may be unique in this regard for a programming environment that runs on Android. Best of all, it doesn't require the device to be rooted. Biggest problem for me, and the reason why I've not given it 5 stars, is the lack of documentation. I can't figure out for example, how you properly use the split screen or how to copy and paste code in the editor. Also I can't find the physical location on the device where files e.g. the pov demo file /files/szene1.pov are stored. There seems to be a minor bug in that the first two lines of a file in the editor are lost if the device goes to portrait mode and back. But despite this, it looks very useful. Looking forward to future releases! Reviewed on Nexus 10/Android 5.1.1. I have some knowledge of Linux and Android.
Bash onward if you're not building tcsh/zsh or etc.
Or at least an option for one. No good on any tablet and annoying on most phones. The mid screen entry is just a dead fish. So sad too, almost perfect.
Floss supports shells.
