I agree it is too limited. You should at least be able to access your saved searches. You can't edit your search text when the text won't scroll left and right Just when i thought it couldn't get any worst version 2.8 qualifies for -5 stars less than zero. Instead of adding more sorely need filters, It seems they took away the one you had, the ability to search by category. And no sale thru percentages to evaluate. They added the ability to scan UPC codes but it never finds any related products. Poor substitute

The lastest update just took away the sell through percentage and the ability to search by condition. Now the app is useless to me and I will have to cancel my subscription. What a waste of a decent app.

Terapeak continues to make one bad move after another. This latest update to the app removes the ability to search by condition. It automatically assumes you are selling new goods so for all you thrifters, flea market flippers and dealers and estate sale buyers, you will no longer get any use out of this app. 60% of my sales are used goods and I only use this app when I'm out scouting. Now I will have to rely on something else or use it on an old phone that has the previous version of the app. Terapeak: Your programmers and creative team really need to get it together because someone else will come along and fill in the gaps where you fall short.

The only reason I used the mobile app was to see Sell Through Rate. While I'm sorting my inventory, I checked the app for the Sell Through Rate, to prioritize my time and efforts. Now, instead, I see total $$$ sales for an item during a certain time period on eBay. This is a worthless statistic for me, my business, and it is took the place of the most helpful statistic for managing and prioritizing inventory for sales. The app is now something I cannot use for what I downloaded and paid for. I rated it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the barcode scan fuctionality that was added. I like the idea, and if it's perfected, would be helpful. Currently, it has major detriments to function operation in real-world scenarios. The app auto-chooses to input the first label it reads; the user does not have a chance to center on an intended barcode and snap a picture. Its very easy to scan something that returns no results, like a service tag or serial number, instead of the model number or UPC. Since I can't go back to the old app, I will have to find an alternative.

What's the point of this app? It serves no purpose at all.

Where dd the sell thru rate go???? I now have to open the website on my phone. The sell thru rate is very important. Please put it back!!!

Latest update removed the ability to filter by new/used.

Due to personal reasons I needed a refund on my new monthly subscription and the process was quick, efficient, and hassel free. Thank you Terapeak for giving me a good customer experience and in the future if I need this service I will definitely subscribe again. Five starts for customer service and it's only going to get better.

Can't do much with this app at all, very limited. I'd have expected a mirror of the website at least for the price we're paying for a terapeak subscription.

It would be incredibly useful of team terapeak could refresh this app. I can run salesforce through my phone I should be able to use this too. It's all cloud based so it shouldn't be that hard.

So slow and crashes when trying to open the link to eBay. I wished this worked as well as the website does.

This app and the user interface needs to be updated to, at the very least, reflect the web version and better yet Android 4.0 controls! Please upgrade soon Terapeak.

**Its been down for 24 hours and no return email from customer service** The app was working fine (though very limited and slow) until yesterday. I have cleared all app cache, phone cache, and deleted then reinstalled app and I have no access still. Other people are leaving same new issue as their review. I have emailed terrapeak and I await their solution.

After clearly just downloading the app with Internet connection, a message keeps popping up saying "no Internet connection" every time I try to log in - both on wifi and mobile data. Really unhappy!

It did work OK. But now nothing. It says no Internet connection but that's not the problem. Please fix this.

You don't have to pay for, or fill out paperwork for a loan before you test drive a car, try on clothes, buy a bike, or anything honestly purchased in the world. Would you buy anything from a place where you need to explicitly notify the sales person that you didn't want to buy what you tested or tried on? What if they made themselves scarce, or you got busy and forgot to tell them you didn't want it. Maybe the fit was wrong and you didn't use it? Wake up, bring a real product to market.

I'm sure my password was correct but nonetheless I reset it and still doesn't work!

Basic function isn't as helpful as practically every other research type on Terapeak main. Add the additional function!

My original review was a fairly detailed criticism of this application, however Terapeak responded and clarified a few things for me. From now on I'm going directly to their website on my mobile device, and you should too. From Terapeak: "Going forward, the latest version of our website features responsive design and it will be replacing the need for a smart phone app. Charts no longer use Adobe Flash and you'll be able to browse all report pages in a layout that adapts to tablets and smart phone displays. I think you'll be much more satisfied with that experience." FIVE STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS!

This app sucks a$$...I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I can't even access basic research...specifically hot research...I'm forced to use my dinosaur of a laptop which I haven't used in a very long time...love what you do but this app really sucks compared to what the website can do.

Very limited, and because of this not very useful.it works but provides no useful content and if it provides hardly any content then what's the point?

They got to be kidding! A silly analytics service is charging fifty dollars a month to analyze and optimize my selling performance on eBay, hey you got a mere 5,000 app downloads on Google play with what eight ratings? You dumb ..... Are gonna advise me how to optimize my eBay sales how by advising me to chare $50 for an item worth 0.99¢?

Why even make this app? It's not even close to the web version.

Can't do horizontal layout for tablet w/ keyboard. Functionality severely limited when compared to web-site. For the monthly subscription for Terapeak, I would expect a full functioning app.

No display by volume or total revenue. No in depth research or trends. No saving to spreadsheet. What's the point of putting this out for your customers when the functionality of this app is so limited? You guys need to get to work and deliver results. Your paying customers deserve better than this.

Waste of time. The main purpose of Terapeak is to research by category ID or seller ID. See what products are selling etc.

People that won't pay for subscription won't understand what's so good about terapeak. Amazing software
