Tepilo – Online Estate Agent

Rubbish. Cannot log in and customer support weren't much help. Mañana they said....

App hangs, does not sync with the website, loses viewing details, ghost messages appear and then disappear. All in all, utter, utter, utter rubbish. Don't bother. We've lost sales due to this shite app.

I don't know about the website, but the app hasn't been working for at least a couple of weeks. I select Properties and just getting a "loading-up" ring.

The people at Tepilo must think it's OK to rely on this feeble malfunctioning app to sell my house. I have already paid my fee so they don't really care whether I sell or not it seems.

In a nutshell from the app to the entire experience absolutely awful,I have used this service and from the app(which hasnt worked for months)to the shoddy service I would avoid at all costs,just use a local tangeable service to avoid disappointment. Massively flawed.

Still telling me I'm not registered as a vendor despite my house receiving an offer via the website weeks ago and progressing through the sale and purchase process. No use whatsoever .

You need to create an account to use the App but can't create the account in the App. Useless.

Asks me to log in, how do I make an account? Why can't I just search for a property without logging in?

As per the sales experience to sell with Tepilo, this doesn't work either, my login details are apparently unrecognised

Failed at even level doesnt link with site and fails to close

Although I am selling a property with tepilo I am not able to log in to the app after twice informing the help desk.... poor

Doesn't work it asks me to login but I don't have login details, do I need to register somewhere? There is no where to register on the app.... Will now uninstall app, useless.

I was looking forward to this app but it flashes up with username and password but does not give an option to create one. I can't get beyond this no matter what I do. If I type in these boxes it says incorrect but it stays on this page. So I can't even get beyond page 1.

Put simply - this does not work. I registered (twice with two different. User names) in an attempt to organise a viewing. App does not recognize my user name and password...neither of them. And I KNOW they are correct. I would not put my property up for sale on this site. Nor will I be doing any viewings. Waste of time so uninstalling now.

From the start, where it asks you for your 'Username' and 'Password' the APP simply doesn't work. There is nowhere to create an account! How can I log in without first creating an account!!

Using this to monitor my house sale and to quickly and easily pick up messages. Really useful. I would describe it as a companion app, so yes, you have to create your account via the Tepilo website.
