We've invested considerably in Tenrox only to discover their upgrades cause problems and their support is worthless. It's been over a year and we've never able to get this app working either. Stay away from Tenrox altogether!
It's hard to give this app any rating when I'm unable to use it at all on either of my devices: Samsung Galaxy S 3 on ICS 4.0.4 Nexus 7 on JB 4.1.2 Same result on both devices - Crashes immediately post login. There is the potential for a massively useful application here for me and my company. I will re-rate this when support for recent android builds is incorporated. In the mean time I recommend to the Tenrox publishers that they provide a mobile friendly version of the web interface until a native app is achievable for your development team.
Would give 0 star if available. I don't know if this app is any good or not as I can't get beyond the log in prompt. I get a spinning disk on 'Updating timesheets' and nothing else. After a while it crashes out. If Tenrox ever resolve this it may be a good app but until then I don't know. I can't believe Tenrox have never resolved this issue considering it was first commented upon in March 2012!
Unlike other reviewers, I was able to get this to work with a froyo phone. It would have been completely impossible without the instructions I got from my HR dept. Like their web version, the ui for this is terrible. You are prompted to log in when you first start it up even though you have to configure it to your server first. It doesn't realize that it's not configured, though, so it doesn't first require you to configure it. The buttons are strangely named, there are two separate sync buttons, etc
Won't work.. can't sync on any version of android.. good luck getting a hold of their tech support for help.. goes to voice mail and when you do get someone to talk to you they can't help with the issue and transfer you back to voicemail .. horrid service!
It simply doesn't work. It just has an error message. Don't waste your time until it is fixed.
It's a paid product but they offer zero support. Can't reach anyone by phone or email. Don't waste your time with this app/company.
Will not connect when logging in using my credentials. Trouble ticket has been logged for over 2 months with no resolution.

Setting up wasn't easy, but worked. I managed to login, and update my timesheets without anything going wrong. The UI is ugly, which is expected from a mobile version of an ugly web app. I would use this only if I couldn't get to my computer in time to submit my timesheets, but it is good to have a backup option with me.
