Tennis Channel Everywhere

We have fast internet - Netflix streams faultlessly. I installed the Tennis Channel Everywhere app and watched a few of their free previews from the French Open. They seemed to be in the lowest rez possible. Diagonals looked like the side view of staircases, text was unreadable, motion was smeary and jerky and the ball was invisible much of the time. I decided to go without.

This is the worst app ever. How many times a day do I have to authenticate? I understand that you don't want people using a single subscription on multiple devices, which is a little ridiculous because watch ESPN lets you sign in on multiple devices and watch two or three events at the same time. Tennis Channel everywhere should get over itself. I'm going to cancel my subscription because of the nuisance of having to sign in every 5 seconds in this stupid app.

Tennis Channel offers a few different products, while tennis channel everywhere is more expensive, it actually offers current and live content. You'd think that this having plus in its name would offer that and more, unfortunately, it's less... Way less. Often for weeks they are just replaying interviews, old matches you've seen 5 times by now, or Wimbledon during the US Open, oh and no US Open coverage, not even day old stuff, forget live, apparently you can still stream it through ESPN.

I cannot believe I just paid $90 for this poor excuse. Had it for a week now and haven't been able to watch one match due to the poor quality of the feed. A major network should be able to do better. I think you owe us an apology and some type of refund.

I got this app specifically for Tennis Channel Plus after getting an email promoting everything you could watch like all the matches and had everything for the ultimate fan. All I got was crap, screwed and f*#= and I'm out $71. I tried canceling the following day, it hadn't even been 24 hours and I hadn't watch nothing on the service. I thought I was going to get a pro- rated refund and all I got canceled was the automatic renewal for the next year. Pay money for Matches that have already been played and all women's matches came up on the schedule. Live stream ESPN is 1,000 times a better service and better app. It also comes free with your Comcast/Xfinity TV or Internet subscription. Crappy app and service. Rip Off

Keeps sticking. Today it kept having errors saying it's offline. Yeah right!! While my ESPN is playing fine...

What a scam from The Tennis Channel. The only method to stream is to pay $100. By subscribing to the tennis channel plus. Than the buffering and quality just stinks. The wheel just keeps spinninh. Why don't they just add this too a Sling TV. They need to get there Game together. Or some another cooperate media outlet will buy them out. ESPN, FOX or NBC. I just hope Eurosports gets the app soon. So i can delete this Junk quality app.

No value addition.. there is not much difference between free ESPN watch and paid Tennis Every where

Comcast/Xfinity isn't an option as a service provider so I can't use. Bit I have the channel through this provider. Makes no sense

Downloaded fine then when I open it get told it is not available in my geographic location. Clearly the State of Victoria is not good enough.

I have Xfinity Comcast, but this isn't an option. Horrible. Save your money!

Worthless!! It never recognized my TV provider credentials so there's no use for it. Uninstalling it.

Please fix audio. Very low volume. Ever heard of a damn compressor? Get with the times.

Have Tennis Channel on att uverse but the app will not let me access standard content. I'm signed in with my att uverse account, but I keep getting "You do not have access to this content." Again, I am not talking about TC plus, just standard content.

Evidently the Tennis Channel doesn't know that Comcast broadcasts it.

How can you not have support for Comcast customers? Comcast is one of the largest cable providers in the nation. Need to do something about that.

I love the idea and I would have paid more for the right product, The app has too many issues. To me is a rip off. 1) Signs you out ...sometimes every 10 min 2) Sometimes it says that you have signed on another device, which in may case is impossible 3) The feed is not great and often stops to load The real issue is that as you see from the feedback people have been complaining about the bugs, but the tennis channel obviously doesn't care to fix them

Works perfectly on my Samsun Galaxy Tab 2 runing androd 4.2 but not on my Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 which is running android 5.1 Why? I keep getting a generic authentication error on my Tab Pro. Can't seem to fix it no matter if I sign out and sign back in, uninstall/reinstall. Would love this to work with the newer Android OS but maybe TC just doesn't want to update the app.

I purchased a TC Plus subscription in spite of the significant number of negative reviews related to video quality. I should have listened. The frames per second at which video is delivered is not suitable to streaming tennis matches. I experience this issue across all my Android devices and the latest Roku 2 player. Also, I am automatically signed off the app after a period of inactivity. It is annoying to have to sign on all the time--this is not a banking app. Needless to say, I will be canceling my subscription. P.S. The tone of TC's replies on this forum are undesirable.

I have tc on dish, and can watch it via dish anywhere, so to me this app is useless. The video recaps are a decent idea, but the quality is 1980's, choppy and blurred. The one thing I like is the touch features for volume and reversing the play. If you could purchase plus for say 19.99 for just the French, maybe. But definitely not into 90 bucks for an app that has some serious flaws. Not impressed.

Worked once on my tablet then froze every time after that. Never loaded video on my Fire stick. Seems ok on my phone but that's impractical for regular viewing. Lack of chromecast is embarrassing.

I subscribed expecting to see live matches. Boy was i disappointed. Get Tennis TV instead.

Very annoying that I Have to authenticate EVERY TIME i use this app. Give me a break! If you're trying to annoy subscribers then mission accomplished. Also, forcing people to upgrade to your Tennis Channel plus to watch more matches is just ridiculous.

I subscribed to TC plus and all they have is commentary rather than matches. They would not refund me when though it called within 2 days of purchase. What a rip off.

I pretty much summed it up at top, but if your looking for something to feed you savage hunger to get as much tennis as you can.. delete this app. Or just don't get it. I literally bought this phone so I could download this app because it always was advertised on tennis channel on the TV. If you like dumb stuff you'll like this app. I'm probably going to run out of space soon so I should say one final thing- BLEHHHH!

I have comcast (xfinity) and I watch your matches but on the app there's no option for comast. Bad
