HappyFox -Your Mobile Helpdesk for Android
Push notification is useless. I get them so late that I had to use our original help desk email system. Apparently, this app only works on the weekends. I get very few notification on new tickets or replies in the weekdays but it blows up my phone in the weekends.
Would love to set a default statuses. Would love for it to stop bothering me for a review. Would love for it to stop randomly logging me out. But I guess I'll just deal with it.
Need more options, like being able to merge tickets etc. Overall, not too bad.
Lets me to respond to tickets on the go with the sleak UI which is all I needed.
Constantly have to login to see ticket information and cannot view knowledgebase articles.
Cool app
Straight forward and easy to use.
The only negative is that I cant see any report from the App. Apart from that excellent App.
Too much orange in sign in page. Easy to view and reply tickets!

I had previously given 5 stars, but the app will not stop bugging me for a rating (even after I already rated it)... 1-star is what you get for this intrusive nagging. Fix it to get your stars back...
Wobbly mobile app betrays great desktop experience. Nice UI, but key usability problems that make it effectively read-only: - No landscape mode (at least on Galaxy Tab A)--can't work w/ external keyboard - "Field empty" error when adding updates or changing status when all fields are filled prevents ticket updates.
Can't seem to change ticket category from app. Also would be good to be able to access knowledge base from app.

It's great being able to respond to tickets when I'm not at my computer.
Even after latest update, still get error message. Sort it out

App was working fine for a week after downloading it. But now its crashing way too much. Fix it and will give it a better rating but this is honest.

The app is as good as the desktop version. Allows the user to perform all actions on the ticket even while on the move.

The app is good so far, but due to that I'm not able to see any related tickets to other open issues, the app is almost useless.
