Arabic Alphabet for Android
I just started attempting to learn the arabic alphabet and this app gives far more detailed explanations for pronounciation than other resources ive found. Also great that it uses audio from 2 speakers - Syrian and Iraqi. It anticipates a lot of the confusion that a native English speaker would run into
If you want to learn the arabic alphabet this is the app for you. You get to hear different pronouciations of the letters, which is really great because arabic is such a big language so it's bound to have some significant regional differences in pronounciation. It also teaches you to recognize the letters from every position in a word which many other apps don't. If you learn a lot from reading, this app is perfect for you because it mixes reading about the letters and quizzing you about it. Just amazing.
Is not working. When I open the app i just have a blank/white page. Very frustrating.
It has helpful explanations that other apps don't have, about how letters combine in words, how diacritical marks work, helpful ways to remember letters, and of course quizzes. There's probably even more good stuff I haven't gotten to yet.
If you have absolutely no idea of Arabic language, this is definitely t h e best app of all to start with.

It's a great app for learning Arabic. I bought some books and they do an okay job of getting me to understand Arabic with the transliteration symbols. This app opened all those doors and I'm confident I'll be fluent, InshaAllah. I recommend it and I'll continue to support this platform.
The best arabic app if you want to learn how to write in arabic. It has a lot of explanations that most of the apps don't.
Easy to use and great use of repetition to reinforce learning. This is not a perfect app, but it is highly functional and a perfect complement for other books or courses.
This app is the best it's really helpful I would recommend this to everyone to learn arabic the only thing I was having trouble is understand the pronunciation.
Love this app. I easily earn arabic. Well organized with good guidance, shows how to avoid common mistakes, and pronounced most words.
This is the best ever. For someone that is learning this language for the first time at 30 years old and can be able to take the test over and over again is very helpful
So far I like it, but that red potato face on your logo is simply terrifying!
What a great introduction to the Arabic language. I learnt as a child the letters but this app really explains a lot more. Thanks. Will be in touch with my donation...
The best and most logical Arabic tool ever. It's easy to use and really helpful. They took their time on this one. Well done
When you redo the quizzes, they add slightly different questions. This is way more helpful for learning, as opposed to memorizing.
Best app I've tried so far for reading and writing Arabic. Information is superb and explanations are easy to understand.
Best Arabic flashcard app. Easy to use and very helpful. I have tried a few and this one is the only one worth keeping.
Great explanations, quizzes are very useful. More ways to practice wouldake the app even better.
It's an incredible app for free. Its a little buggy sometimes but was clearly made with love
Great explanations n practice
Love the quizzes. For beginners excellent.
A comprehensive and complete guide for the beginner
It's a great tool!
Very detailed and sequential learning...
Thanks
Makes learning a lot of fun
Very good for Beginning!!!
My friend (a native Arabic speaker) says what they teach in this app is not correct but I really liked the app's approach to teaching the alphabet. I have had Arabic language classes, too, and I actually thought this app helped me remember better than the teacher did. So it might not be all correct, but it is good enough for English speakers to get started with Arabic. Also, I really liked the two pronunciations, so you can hear - at a very early stage - how different Arabic sounds in different countries.

The only thing I would ask is for one large study sheet with everything. I made my own and used that alongside this app to learn the alphabet.
I have tried to learn the Arabic alphabet, I never could figure out what sounds the marks above or below produced this app has made me learn how to make the sounds as well as read and write them....many thanks for my success!

I have used books, videos, audio programs, you name it! But this app worked the best for me. The ear training is especially helpful and I love that they show you how the letters are written. I highly recommend this app.

Working phenomenally for me!!! Not a lot of good sources even on the Web to learn to read (msa) this is great!
Easy to understand explanations. Nice to hear the native sound. Would love to see more word examples in each sheet.
Started yesterday with an Arabic course. Perfect app to gain confidence with the alphabet. Thank you
This is one of the best educational app of linguistics that I ever have found in Google Play Store. This app is truly amazing. You[Oh Developers] did a great job. Thanks!!!

As a complete novice in the Arabic language (period),I found trying to learn through this app to be like trying to solve a confusing jig saw puzzle. The way the information is put together is confusing and leads to more questions. The audio examples only add to the confusion. Instead of using modern standard Arabic, they use Arabic from only 2 countries in particular (Syria and Iraq)for the same example. I found this app great for Russian, but terrible for Arabic.
