What this app really needs is the ability to set an alarm where the massage is used to wake me up.

It's ok as it does the basics but really some advanced features like an alarm clock with an option where the bed gently raises you and vibrates as well as more pre determined positions would be welcome.

I watched a video on YouTube!! Realized I needed to put WiFi on the bed WMID551365!! Connected quickly!! love it!!

Could not get WiFi to connect. Sad!!!

Has there been consideration of creating an IFTTT channel for this app and then allow connection of the ergo app with Amazon Echo?

Using my Pixel phone, I was able to find and connect to wifi module, even select it in the app, but it would give me an error to reset and make sure it was powered. It worked however if it was in home network mode. To get into home network mode, I had to use my Galaxy S6. I assume this app is not updated for Android 7.1 nougat yet. Glad I had another phone in the house. Also naming the device in home network mode it great because I have a split setup and now know the difference in the two.

Simple clean app. I wish for more functionality. In particular, it would be nice to be able to set a nightly automatic "Flat" function. I usually fall asleep with my head or feet elevated, but would like to wake up to a flat bed.

I love this app. A little back story for our reason in downloading. We love our adjustable base, we love it so much, that we was broken hearted when our two big dogs ( great Dane:boxer mix, and an American pit bull) jumped into bed with us and knocked the wireless remote off the bed. it stopped working, the screen is shattered and nonfunctional. With that said, this app is the best FREE fix.

The app worked great before I got my new Samsung Galaxy S7. When I had my Note2 and my LG G5, connecting to my home network WiFi was flawless. Now, I'm unable to use that feature and can only be connected to the Temper WiFi module directly. Which sucks since now I can't listen to Spotify AND control my Temper bed at the same time WITHOUT using up data on my phone!! Grrrr, back to using the bulky remote supplied with the bed.....

I'd like for the app to, you know, have a sleep timer and alarm function. After all, it does control my bed. Other than that, it's great.

A timer for the massage would be nice and so would readouts for intensity levels. The ability to save massage settings into memory presets would be nice too.

Be great if the app would have a digital readout for each level of massage. Like the remote does with 1-9

I have underneath my mattress and never need to find lose my marbles if I can't find my remote. I like it a lot.

Would b 5 stars if it controlled everythinh. Need to add ability to change matress soft/hardness pls

Its great not to have to find the remote every time you want to adjust the bed...my phone is always near me so its very convenient. It would be great to be able to have the sleep feature some have mentioned. Another feature that would be useful would simply to be able to change the names on the position memory from 1-4 to something more descriptive like TV, zero gravity, etc Overall..great app, great functionality.

As much money as you spend for this bed you would think that they would make this thing work right, and at least if they could have made it Bluetooth, it would have been good. But the Wi-Fi, you have to go into the settings of the Wi-Fi and then go back to the app to get it to work and you have to repeat this every time you want to get this app to work

no matter what I did this app wouldn't work. I kept saying demo mode. so I deleted the app.

Dont give a bad review until you understand how to set it up.. idk maybe read instructions. . Or go to tech class.. or maybe have your child help you.

All other remote control apps configure to owners network, this one you connect to tempur's network module, but your phone, tab,etc. Will not work!!! Stick to hand-held remote..

This app is useless: not only is hard to setup (see below), but it doesn't work on tandem mode. I have a king-size bed, which have one mattress but 2 bases, and each base has its own Wi-Fi module. When I use the remote, it controls both bases, but the app controls just one. In theory that's a nice featute, but I'm pretty sure it would damage the mattress in the long term. Regarding the initial setup, it simply doesn't work on Android Marshmallow (6.0) or later: I tried with a phone running the N developer preview and a tablet running M and boh failed (I was able to connect the devices to the wifi module and the app would display it, but then the app would fail to connect - same symptom other reviewers reported). In the end, I had to set them up using an old device running KitKat (5.0). Luckily for me I had a hunch it could be an version incompatibility issue so I didn't have to call support, because I doubt they would know that... Despite these 2 major problems, the UI looks outdated, it misses parity with the remote (like not displaying current levels), and the initial setup could be better (for example, since it could automatically look for the right Wi-Fi while you're connected to your home network).

Works ok. But does not have the read out as the factory remote does. Also there is no icon so I must go to play store to find the app. A bit disappointed after spending $4000 on two bases for a king

Why are people complaining? Saw some comments here saying "seeing how much we paid for this you'd think something like this would work" lol...well when I paid my 8+grand on my bed an app was never a selling point nor was it even brought up seeing it is dual wireless remote operated...just saying...the bed is perfect, works perfect. My remotes have the same exact feature as this app. Seeing I DID pay for those remotes with the price....why replace them with an app?? People I tell you..never happy.

Does what it says, the one thing I would want added would be an event function make the bed goto a preset at a specified time like a wakeup alarm.

I can control device Ad Hoc, but when I go to settings to have it join my network it says it cannot find the module. Had to use an iPhone to get it joined to my network because this Android app is garbage. Support doesn't even know how to troubleshoot their WiFi module and their installers that came to setup the bed knew nothing about it.

Wife: "If you want to spend all this money, then I want total control of the remote at ALL times...." Savvy Hubby: "Of course baby...." Now if I could only secure the wifi module with a password...

People need to understand setup better. You will not find WiFi module on your network if you dont set it up. Scan wifi in your settings & connect to it now launch app and set it up on your network. This app mimics the handheld device, no extras. Guess its good for backup if your batteries run out or if dog chews it. My likelihood of using this app might just be to mess with someone that wants to see if they like my bed. Add a launch mode... that would be funny.

Won't find my Wi-Fi module. Have tried several times. As much I spent I was looking forward to this feature.

Makes a nice backup if you ever can't locate your remote.

How close does it have to be to find the WiFi, realy? Keeps disconnecting every 20 seconds. The amount of money spent on the bed you'd think this app should work, right? Think again. Uninstalling.
