TELUS Network Experience for Android
Fantastic app. It does not deserve to be rated poorly - I was contacted by a telus call center representative to follow up on the reports that I had submitted in the past and was given a sound explanation as to why I had experienced network issues at that time. They went further on to explain that I wasnt the only one who had reported in my area and that we should all experience a stronger network reception - to my luck I have noticed a positive change
App is great for reporting but lacks some intuitive functions. Like an auto log of signal/data loss. Logging feature would better help locate issues in the network. I notice data loss if I don't receive my rss feed (once an hour roughly 6 min after the hour). Plus we should also have a log of the additional feedback we provide. I've kept track using pen and paper so I can see where the issues occurred, etc...
Wtf with an s7 and sim isnt compatible bs dont bother would make zero stars
Can't connect 75 percent time and when reported ...zero follow up
Telus is the best network overall, including reception and customer service and savings. The only problem is that wwhen one small spot, i.e. 10 feet by 10 feet has no reception in a particular area L5J at driveway/semi tall trees. Calls go through 80 to 90% in that dead spot, but slow dialing and sometimes otherside can't always hear me. I use GS4, SiiX, Note 2, haven't tried a Motorola or HTC lately as they should have better components than Samungs do.
Useless app. Doesnt have enough error reporting options to cover all the problems with telus service. Nothing gets fixed anyhow. Stop working for free for telus people.
You can report everything you want but nothing gets done about it. It's sad because I work for them and I've been told to use it so they can fix things. But I think it's just a useless endeavour. Great idea though to voice issues . But this is were we need the reliability from telus
Telus customer here, when I start the app I can't verify, reason for not being able to verify can't connect to telus network, phone is working well but the tower has been doing this for weeks.
They charge you a rate for using this app This app consumed 500k in seconds.
Great interface and easy to use.
If it improves the problems reported then its good. If not its a waste of time Its good if it starts to improve the issues
Love it
I reported drops and actually got follow-up action. I do not lose the call at that place anymore!
Just installed not hated! Will update as results are noted and published. It's imperative that positive steps are prepared and followed up.
Great application to enhance customer services.

No one has ever observed any action as a result of these reports. Let them know by changing carriers maybe?
Great app. Nice to see telus is listening. Would just be nice to see more of a status on these issues though
Reports and information aren't even linked to your account. After dozens of reports and receiving no response, I called them. They said they don't have access to that information! Whaaa? Told me it was my phone (iphone) causing the problem so I upgraded (samsung) and signed another 2 year contract just to have the exact same problem. Nice idea but useless if nothing is done with the information.
For many years I've used this app to advise Telus of extremely poor to nonexistent service at my house. Never had even so much as response.
Amazing app to report any issue you have with the network..there is a section for your reports you have submitted as well.. more people in your area submit their issues more chances are the issue will be resolved soon.. most of mine have been..
Easy to use App with decent interface. I like the app but what is it good for when I don't even know if they are working on the issue or not? If they could just add a notification of some sort like "the message has been read and someone is looking after the issue", that would be wonderful; I would give 5 stars to the App.
App wants to read my browser history and bookmarks, as well as look through my pictures? This is totally unnecessary to report network issues. Un installed.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease, tell your friends about it and service will improve in your area. Out of 10 million subscribers nationwide, why do people think Telus will deploy new cell sites if only one person complains? Have your friends report the same problem and Telus will know they have an issue on their hands.
Great app to help everyone have better reception! TELUS rocks :)
Great EGxx
I reported drops and actually got follow-up action. I do not lose the call at that place anymore!

Great design and fantastic idea. This kind of thing is what separates the carriers.
... As long as the app actually has somebody on the other end...
Excellent idea and very good app
If this works out it will be fantastic. Needs more issues though ( failed sms, accidentally roaming, other!) Your move Telus don't ruin a good thing
the app allows reports of all types to the carrier. im not sure how well telus is going to follow up on it, but the app is a quick easy way to report problems
They just announced a fix to an area where I posted an issue and its better. No more drops. Amazing that we even find that surprising. Good riddance Rogers. Hello TELUS.
For making this app. I hope that this actually results in higher quality service.
Looks like an ios app. Needs more holo
I got mine and you will have yours
This will sure help with getting accurate information quickly about network issues and also make is easier for people to report those problems.
Works great

Report all you want, been reporting very bad zones where switching cell towers drops the call every time. Been over a year and a half of reporting, nothing changed. If i call in i get "yes we are aware of the problem area". Never had this with Rogers
