Says armed when disarmed, disarmed when armed. Pretty great for a security app. Customer support is a joke. Don't waste your time to call and complain. They will just say uninstall the app and reinstall it. Clearly the problem based on all the reviews on Google Play.
App sucks. Very slow. Turns system on and off but not much else. I installed this in my own home before offering it to my customers. I won't be offering this app to customers
This app has a major flaw. It won't synch with the keypad in our house. If you arm the system with the keypad and leave, the app still shows the system as disarmed. It works only if you control the system with the app.
Very basic features with limited functionality. Please add arming in stay mode and ability to addremove alert notification contacts.
Hey Telguard look at your competitors. Total connect/Alarm. Com. Please learn something. Where is the option to put the system in STAY mode! You have an excellent hardware Tg1. Your app is just too basic. Please keep updating it if you want to be in the race.
Literally the worst app I've ever used. Breaks all the time, can't even use it
only can arm the system in stay mode, why no away mode ? On and off can received notification from my email even notify had been selected from the app. This app need a lot of improvement.
This App has become non-responsive. Can't get it to Arm/Disarm. Moving to 2G system. I suggest the rest of your customers move as well.
Does what it's supposed to do and no problems like other reviews. Probably depends if alarm company set up their stuff correctly as well.
Reports the wrong state. Says disarmed when armed.
This is just the old app repackaged, it needs a feature to manage zones i.e. bypass a zone remotely.
You sent me email. When enter this same email to get username, password it says enter correct email

I use it and am very satisfied. It turns my alarm on or off. Good enough

Arm and disarm is only for away setting
Try selecting 7 days of history and it stops every time. Try selecting any more than today's history and the app fails consistently. Apparently quality assurance is not part of the development life cycle. 2 thumbs down.
But in the video tab is there a manual way to record or take screen shots, not just by motion or alarms?
It used to work fine, now, all of a sudden, it won't work at all, just keeps trying and loading...
Can't get it to install

Needs a lot of work. Bugs make you have two log in twice everytime you use the app, it's absolutely ridiculous. The pulsing graphics are visible by me, but not those with mild colour blindness. To them it appears static and not working. Bad graphics design. Ugh!
