I'm really disappointed that the games look so bad on my brand new Samsung galaxy s8 plus. They are so letter boxed it's not funny. Why is telstra always so late with its updates?

This sucks! Subscribed for my visiting sister. We get a tiny little picture in picture and it's all fuzzy. It's a 52" TV and the image size in the middle of the screen is only 24". What the hell is up with that? Also, the app insisted on switching on location services which is stupid as this is an android set top box, it's not going anywhere.

Terrible video coverage, absolute waste of time the quality of the live stream is so poor i end up giving up and listening to coverage on the ABC radio. I live in an area with no tv reception and no mobile coverage and this is the only way i can watch NRL besides an expensive foxtel subscription. I have a sattelite internet that streams Netflix, YouTube etc.....with out any issues what so ever. The video coverage on the app is appalling it is so frustrating to have to reload the footage every 2 minutes. Telstra you should be assamed of yourself for providing such a poor quality service and charging people who are unlucky enough to have paid for this rubbish....... and don't even get me started on the size of the video content, what a joke ! Even when you log in on your laptop and watch the game through the app there the footage is the same size as if you where watching it on your mobile phone, you are unable go view it full screen ! This is something that Testra don't explain in the beginning as i imagine they are either to embarrassed of the product they provide or they know how the customer will react so they deceive us by not mentioning it at all. Subrscribed to watch origin despite all the negative reviews describing problems with streaming. Well, the streaming didnt work at all, it just wouldnt load. Gets 2 stars since they atleast give a 7 day trial so you can see that it doesnt work before having to pay.

Cmon fix the lack of a full-screen option already as every few review mentions. Don't give lame replies about Telstra limiting live size to 7 inches, I'm on a 5.2 inch phone and need a magnifying glass to see this footage. Telstra afl app can do it why can't you?

I enjoy watching the NRL. However the quality and small non adjustable display on the new samsung s8 plus is a joke. It's 2017, NRL need to change the rights otherwise there's no point wasting $15 a month. I'd rather listen to it on radio for free.
