Belong Voice

Terrible. Doesn't work 75% of the time and the times it does work it's terrible sound quality. Super disappointed. Signed up as I'm using this for work and that's not possible at all. Still have to use my mobile now.

I would not recommend belong voice to anyone. Terrible sound quality. When the app even works, more times that not service is unavailable

This voice "service" is COMPLETE rubbish and 100% a waste of your money. I've had my belong services for almost 6months now, paying for my voice service, and have not ONCE been able to access it, I can't even log into the app. This needs to be dealt with...you've now also increased my internet cost by $30/month, yet seem to have cut my connection speed in half...get your act together!!!

Voice app doesn't work. only the internet in ok. but can get $30 refund from first months bill by using code IAFYH67TU when registration

Goes on hold or cuts off itself. Most of the times I get server is busy error.

the other side said she can't clearly hear me and my voice is on and off.. please fix it.

It works well and is great value compared to Skype and other VOIP services, but when I connected my Bluetooth headset to phone audio Belong Voice still used the internal audio.

Can hardly ever connect to the server to make calls, I am on NBN

The program constantly crashes when I try to answer a call

This app almost always never works, Pls do not waste you time or money on this.

Cap quality when you can get it to work

This app keeps crashing on my P9.It actually worked better on samsung Galaxy core.Sound quality is better

They said it was unlimited calls for a flat fee. Should have called it no calls at all, just pay the fee. The service never connects. Very poor from Belong. This app and service is a con. Beware!

The sound quality is not impressive. The volume is quite low as well even on maximum level. The same for the ring tone. Doesn't allow to change the ring tone. Very basic features available.

Good if can get connected but very often get message that server cannot connect because to busy.

I have tried to download the app - soon as I try to open it I receive an error message telling me to update to a newer version which doesnt exist. I called customer service and they couldnt help. Before you launch a service and charge people for it, you really should ensure that it works or at least have people in place that are able to offer support.

Adsl is ok the voice app is disgraceful on both samsung s6 and iPhone 5. I had a old iPhone so I use that for my house phone as there.is no reception at home and it talks 15 minutes to have a call connect. So frustrating.

Whoever designed this app needs firing. It doesn't work. What works is belong taking there money every month they don't get that wrong but forget actually getting a service out of this app. A 2 year could of designed something better. Absolute disgraceful

Ive been using this app for a week. Today ive tried to make a call and get the message that an upgrade is required and i must click ok to continue. When I click ok the app just closes

Today I disabled the latest version of the app on my Android device. But, on startup, it says "need upgrade!" to %1$s.

this voice caĺling about is terriable it doesnt work half the time the other half only i can hear them and im on samsung s5 but its not worth $10 not reliable enough

Tried calling out on 6 separate days during May16 and only worked once. If this continues in JUN I'm cancelling. This service gives the Telstra name a bad wrap.

Have rang xtimes. They even simulated the prob. They asked to answer survey but can't coz it can't read keypad entry. They complain voice quality on their end & I'm using their app. Tired calling better leave review. Hope they resolve.

Works well onces connected but good luck getting connected. More chance to win a powerball than getting this connected. I have signed up for their internet as well. Not connected yet but regrating the decision. God knows what i was thinking.
