Should have read the reviews. Chews up battery and has no functions other apps do better

First it wouldn't load on my Galaxy s7. Telstra recommend this app if you want to backup your phone before returning it if there's a problem. I thought that's great since I'm only backing up my photos contacts and videos with Google. It would be nice to backup all my apps and settings too. Nope. All this does is backup your photos contacts and videos. Which I was already doing. Waste of time and effort especially when it wants basically every privilege available on your phone.
Downloaded the app after being talked into the Stay connected Plus add on. Pay $15 a month and get a message saying: "Sorry, you need to purchase the StayConnected to use this app." I guess Telstra isn't living up to their "great" service
Just downloaded app XPERIA z3 compact and am deleting very shortly.. Can't even create a profile as it freezes when trying to enter a PIN. Phone lags/freezes and need to restart.
Won't even open on my Galaxy S7, either a blank white screen or it freezes on the validating step. Please fix your app, appears from these reviews that i am definitely not the first to have these battles!
Been paying for this and still had to fork out nearly $200 when I complained about a battery and they never sent me a battery.
If you want to waste your time this is for you. After app not working i spoke to support and was told to use a differnt app

Trying to open app and just goes to a white blank screen. Useless.
I just started paying for it and my phone isnt supported
App won't even open. Blank screen, then freezes phone.
It keeps telling me I need to purchace "the stay connected" to use it, even though I have stay connected.
Can't even log in repeatedly returns device not recognised error despite Telstra issuing the device to meet then providing the link to this app

Installed on old phone, can't undo or find in the app store on new phone.
Why does telstra offer a service that doesnt work can't even open app

Had the same issues on my s5 as my s6. Keeps locking up almost every time I open it. Slows phone down and makes it almost unusable. Why is it a year and a half later they still can't get it right?
How can a telstra created and managed app be so difficult and useless? Your chat help is BRILLIANT... however they can't solve my issue its out of their hands. .. your tech support team need to go back and redesign this app and fix it. ... until then ill continue to backup to a trusted source

Since the latest update I have the blue icon permanently up the top of screen plus big white bar on lock screen and also one when I pull down the notifications screen. Please give an option to hide these as no need to know it's running on the phone.
Installed when first got s6 edge slowed down a little, then updated now app continously running and draining battery! Now samsung smart manager will not open!!
I already paid for this, now they gouge for more. Double dipping isn't acceptable from welfare recipients, why does a large company think it's ok?
Needs to be updated to include the new Samsung 7 and 7Edge. Otherwise no point being charged for "the service". Fail.
Does Telstra even read these reviews i didn't think i would have to read them to decide if to install as it is selected at phone purchase stage. I have been paying for somethink for months that i haven't used.
Installed app and went through setup and it says "unrecognised device"....... I've been trying for a few days now. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Since the last update there is a big ugly white square on the status bar which cannot be removed. What genius thought that was a good idea?

I just got on a premium plan and can't login even on the telstra air app. This is just as disappointing as the T hub!
