I love the free voting system and love the app but not so much the show. It's so obvious the winner's fixed. I mean honey g got past the auditions. They just want a rapper to win and the only 1 they got was the worst one on the planet. A 2 year old could rap better than her and I'm not being supportive of this show until she's gone. This show is now disgracing the country and yo anyone who's supporting her I don't want to sound too rude but... wth would you support her!!??!!??!!??

I'm loving this app ♥ the fact it saves me money due to free votes is a winner in my eyes. Catching up on performances if I happen to miss any is great. It's good keeping up with the latest from the contestants. Also like the lifeline vote as well. It has it up's & downs like any app but I happen to think the good totally out ways the bad & therefore have rated it based on what I do happen to enjoy about it. I like this app. I love Matt & if Matt was an app he would get 5 ***** #Winner!

What a load of rubbish. What you call rap isn't. No wonder ratings have taken, a fall. Songs are out dated repeated. I won't be watching . Get that g freak off people are only voting to laugh at her it's a disgrace.

Me and my daughter love this app. 1st year we have installed it wish we had done it from the 1st time it was available. Watch x factor every year, its our favourite show on tv. Honey G 2 win

I love it but it keeps stopping n not responding. Sometimes but very reguarly when i rate how good the person was or answer questions it doesnt let me n says u cant rate or answer questions right now your phone is not working n it is really anoing. I have had this for a long time n i would rate it but just be alarmed of the problems i have said above. This is why i gave it 4 stars. Also i love the free voting system n why why why after 1 vote does it say u need to watch a video to have 4 more votes.

I love the app so much because it's easier to vote and you get to watch the previous performance of the contestants if you missed the live show..I'm soo sad that Relley C is out and I'll have to delete the app now. The programme is like a joke now to be honest if people with great voices like Relley C is evicted then the programme is a total mess. Am sorry but that's the truth

Installed it to get free £5 just eat voucher and the game didn't even work! Waste of time redownloading it and uninstalling my other apps! Now deleted and not bothered to vote!

Keeps saying you need an Internet connection to use it when there's constantly a strong Internet or WiFi signal. When voting for Lifeline first week let me vote last said I had no votes left, I thought the Lifeline vote was separate to the main vote. Fifth judge is nonsense, and why constantly showing old footage?

Accidentally must have tapped the xfactor app button on my homescreen when running on mobile data only and only 25 mins later when I realised, it had used my entire monthly allowance of mobile data!! 1GB. Ridiculous that it doesn't have a safeguard - like at least having to press play on the videos when the video is using such a huge amount of data.

I see no other potential candidates that deserve to win this singing competition besides 5AM. Week after week amazing singers leave and Phoney G stays. The judges are disappointing this year as well, Sharon and Nicole giving Gifty a SO and then kicking her out. I'll be voting for Phoney G and we'll see if its funny then that she gets to stay while other average acts are sent home....

This App. gets worse year-on-year! None of the Links within the App. work. Worse still, the "free" voting is a scam, and the "results" are rigged. We've lost some damned good, REAL talent and kept Honey bloody G, who can't sing, rap, dance or entertain in any manner! Last night's show, Sat. 19th. Nov, really angered me - AGAIN! GET RID OF HER!!!!!! Have uninstalled the App, and not bothering to watch the rest of the shows!

Using the free votes are great but don't know why anyone would vote for Honey G she's not done anything but rap and it is a singing competition not fair that good singers are leaving and she's still in she needs to actually show us she can sing not just rap x

Rubbish just like the programme. When 4 judges are giving a standing ovation to a 30 something "rapper" who can't sing it's time to change the channel.

I bet the app isn't working, because from week to week it's showing that the 5th judge hates this joke honey g, but she alwais gets trough and good singers are sent home. Either the app is laying or the judgment is unfare

I liked it because you can have 5 free votes, catch up on the x factor and it tells you some gossip about the x factor. I would have given it a 5 star rating but it keeps on saying x factor has 'stopped working' which is really annoying. Please can u sort it out.

Just been looking through the comments from all the haters. Get a life people it's a reality show. Honey G is the most down to earth contestant on there. And so what if she can't rap the best. I'm sure all superstar Rappers started of somewhere. I really hope she wins and becomes the 2016 Christmas Number 1. Rub it up ya all :)

Reason I've scored it a low score is because it needs a dislike button. So the public can also vote for acts they don't like. For example Honey G it's a singing contest not an entertainment programme come on x factor get a grip

I love this app you can vote for people I have voted for Sara alto because I know for a fact she's the best and she has to win I am so pleased that the drowning rate sound honey G is out

I played both games to get reward. It says get code from app wallet. There is no wallet and there is no code. So don't install this if you were conned to install it by Just-eat.

Allows voting but other than that not a lot of good. But hey oh! All i use it for is voting for Honey G... All my he others are dreadful

Your votes are not used the whole show is fixed otherwise how is the pratt honey g still in the show? And why are good artists sent off despite loads of votes?

It does not allow me to vote plus it takes time to load and that reason I have put a bad rating on this app

I like this app so much bc I've been always been voting for honey g bc she's so funny and it's good to vote for different people but bring bk my cousin bk Christian bullows nw bc he was absolutely amazing but relley c didn't deserve to go but saara is still in bc saara is absolutely jack sh**

It's cool that you can see their performances over the weekend! Sometimes it's annoying because I'm not registered to vote but other from that it is amazing!

I think that the X Factor app is amazing. It is a good way to express how much you love someone's singing with the world.(and if 5 after midnight are reading this I just want to let u know that you are the best and I LOVE your singing so much)

Fifth judge can't vote a performance as rubbish anymore. Given all the acts are now rubbish rather makes this app useless....

Some of the acts have been dreadful to listen to and watch but the system of scaling up the chart does not give you the option of saying they were not quite " your thing " , as a fifth judge I think we should be able to give our honest opinion. The same should be for the headliners. Plus I think the app should vote on which theme is to be chosen the next week. You can't gain points because you didn't agree with the majority? Should be an honest opinion surely. X

Would not load on life saver vote waste of time plus its in favour of contestants can not vote rubbish plus Hony g is pathetic help by judges

Honey g might be bad but she has feelings too and I don't think she's that bad like howd you feel if someone said something mean about you it's just rude I bet you can't do better than her I thunk honey g is amazing

It is a useful app. You can easily choose who you want to vote for. Sometimes when you first download it, it might get hard to control but you will get used to it.

Great how we can interact with the show. But it does struggle during busy periods. It crashed on me a couple of times during the show.

I would rate five but on 30th october 2016 i had 15 mins to vote because i forgot, i asked my bro who he wants to vote for. then 15 mins later it never loaded.

I like having the free votes it makes you feel you can help someone on their journey, plus it gives a better idea of who the public like not just the ones with lots of money.

Not as good as previous apps, often not working properly - only good bit is free votes

I love this show it has some amazing singers although it does annoy me when good singers go home and not so good singers get to stay
