Not much to it. You can arm/disarm remotely. Devs, I request the ability to arm to 'stay' status. Right now only able to arm to 'away' status. I have a note 4; I don't have the app crash probs other reviewers mention (at least not yet ). Also request ability to cancel an arming/disarming process from the app once it's started.

Very disappointed. I don't get all notifications and those that do arrive are minutes late. Went with this option after moving due having pre-installed security system. Had I known this was only app for access I would have not sold my Protect America system with house.

The app takes a very long time to arm or disarm. I have to disarm the system a half mile away from hosr and by the time I get it my truck and walk to for for i hear it disarm. That's about a good 2 minutes. Outs ridicules all this money for something that's a hug delay. The maker needs to improve our be ashamed of this app.

Does what it is supposed to do, but only just. Gives real-time status, but crashes. Guaranteed to crash when switching between WiFi and 4G - like when leaving or arriving at your house. Horrible navigation. Ugly low resolution graphics and fonts. Really, really slow.

This app is awful. It only works a quater of the time. I sit in the front yard for 15 min waiting for the app to work. And then It say error app is closing and it kicks me off.

Rarely turns on. Doesn't recognize wifi when phone connected with very strong signal, nor with full bars of data connection. Does not read what is known to be a working keypad.

Great app, until I switched my phone from Verizon to Cricket Wireless. I lost my Arm/Disarm messages to my phone. There is no selection for Cricket Wireless

Why has this app not been updated? My wife accesses our alarm through her iPhone and its Telguard has more features while this one has zero features except for arming and disarming.

Has to be Uninstaller every once in a while because it won't work right

Since day one and I'm having trouble login to arm . Never get the app to work , they ask me to uninstall and re install but nothing worked ,i have to use my computer to use the alarm. Please fix it.

Continual problem on the login. When it works, its great, when it doesn't, its a pain in the a**!

Rita app stopped working with my note 4. I sirens allot of money every month for this and is garbage.

If i try to arm my system when i have a zone open, the app will redirect me to "my dealer" page.. Anytime there on out when i try to open the app it goes straight to the dealer page and it won't go away nor give me option to go anywhere else in the app.. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it functioning again

App is very basic and limited. Certainly needs a UI overhaul as well as the ability to remain logged in. Expensive monitoring for clunky app!!!

Unstable app. Does not recognize panel stat when manually set via keyboard. Have you uninstall and reinstall to correctly sync app to system state.

Worst app I've ever used in my life. Status does not sync. Login is unreliable. GUI sucks.

Arm or Disarm, that's it, no other features. Could use a bypass zone option, or instead of "Unknown Panel Status" it would be nice to know which zone is open. So far, it has been stable, no crashes. I have to use it because of my security company otherwise I would look for another app.

Why did Telguard even bother? I have never come across such junk! I set my alarm with the key panel and went to dinner . Logged in on my phone and saw "Disarmed". The darn app doesn't even communicate with my security system. Junk, junk, junk

I’ve had the same problem with this app since day one. NCA Alarms says it’s the app not working as intended. It basically crashes when I dis/arm the house remotely, and when I open it back it shows the wrong alarm status. I had issues with this when I thought it was disarmed (because the app button turned green), and then the alarm was triggered when I let the people in the house (cleaning lady, etc). Yes, I got the call from the alarm company. Luckily it didn’t happen the other way around (yet): attempting

The app is decent when I had it on my old phone, but it doesn't work on my galaxy s5. It is stuck on the dealer info screen and is completely useless.

Is do not work property the signal going off and on

My S5 also experienced same problem where all I would see was my security provider detail and nothing else. I went to Android Application Manager and forced the app to terminate. I then cleared all app data. I restarted the app, re-entered my login credentials. The app is now working as expected.

Does not work every time.

Only shows it's armed or disarmed.Can't control system from phone. Not much use.

Will not connect to internet and gives invalid system statuses.

Buggy and needs update for ICS.
