SmartTruckRoute2 Truck Navigation - Loads & IFTA

App has been absolutely great but after latest update . It keeps telling me truck stop detected over and over again when no truck stop is near. Tries to shut off truck stops t no success. When it's not repeatedly telling me there is a truck stop it telling me about weight stations being detected over and over to where I just shut the app down and start using one of your competitors apps because it get way to annoying to even bother with it. So until you fix it I will not be using it and will be asking for a refund due to the fact I'm in my first month of a year subscription which I just renewed

No split screen for the Samsung Galaxy View!! Why??⚠???? Really wors "AVOID" setting⚠????. The program becomes a brake after every new bad update. Probably the first and second versions of the program, did different people. The first version of the program was almost gold????????????. It was necessary only to finish a little. Instead of fine-tuning the program, they made a completely different program. With some good moments, the new program has become very slow, and very "dumb." No matter how much you talk to the developers, nothing changes.???? How many do not correspond with them - nothing becomes better. Every time it's worse and slower. And no any truck-drivers problemma is not corrected. All this is strange.

Well let me start by saying that I think it's a good app in general compered to others. Now having said that, I have a few issues with this app. The other night, I was going to work and bearing in mind that it says it updates every few minutes with Google bit for what ever reason, it didn't pick up that my route was blocked and that leads to my second issue. When I diverted, it did not redirect me I actually had to pull over and have a look at my paper map cos I was completely lost! Finally, it does not warn me of traffic cameras and that really sucks. Well this second bit of review comes after I ve used this app on more than 5 occasions. I can basically say that this app is useless if you live and drive around London.

Terrible app, wrong street names, false advertising because it's not free and on top of that if you pay and switch app to another phone they double charge you with out telling you. DO NOT USE THIS APP

I purchased this as an alternative to buying another rand McNally but its not even in the same sport let alone the same ballpark. I've slept at petro's and loves that were on Google maps but not on this. Why does the system tell me to merge onto a freeway 4 times from the onramp? I just don't see proof of new updates every minute and now the map doesn't show at all the tech support number is forwarded without even a voicemail until further notice is just stick with a standalone system and update it every month. I had my driver ID emailed to Panasonic@gmail this morning if you like I can send you that and my $78 receipt from Google as I am a paying customer that wanted tech support but had to use this medium to inform other users.

My app showing changed days after road changed near my factory. Amazing.

Lol totally tried to send me way out of the way by 100's of miles. Wow deleting it waste of time just keep using Google maps

I use this map everyday it gets me to the customer on time I like using the satellite image so I know where to go in I never got lost with this map great app

Started out real good while I was paying month to month for my subscription.. I thought lets save a little money and just go a year.. When I did, it went some what stupid.. 1 Example,, I'm going South on my route stop at my fuel stop then leave back out... The GPS if not watching sometimes it will have me get back on the interstate headed North,,, to the next exit just to turn around and go south the right way...I have a screen shot where its saying go through the grass to get out of this parking lot...U-turns on 2 lane roads... I won't be purchasing another subscription... That's for sure...... Let me go on to say I feel extremely ignorant for purchasing a subscription for this truck GPS... Wow how much more junky could it be... It routed me 11.8 miles down a 2 lane rd not suitable for trucks.. Around town to the opposite side... Just to go through the city that otherwise I shouldn't even seen.... If I turn and go the opposite way at the start right instead of left from the parking lot... I'm 5 miles away with 4 lane road the entire route except the first and last quarter mile ????

I have been experimenting with this app during the free period for a couple of months now and I really like what I see. Will be purchasing a 7" tablet this week to run it on permanently and purchasing the 1 year subscription then. The one big thing that I would like to see is a multiple route option for each setting whether fastest or shortest. Often times the only one that is offered is not the best and I am forced to add via points to get it to route the way i want it to go. Other than that it looks to be a great app with a lot of potential. Good work...

Had to dump original version that I relied heavily on.(Subscription expired). Now,I cant download either version. Update! Prompt awesome response from Support!!! Issue is a/ my tablet,NOT the app!(He even helped me troubleshoot my device!) BEST APP OUT THERE!

Was really disappointed,I looked forward to not having to buy a Gps system and to save space in my truck by using my phone for a gps but after being took down a restricted road then put on a interstate overweight after putting in excatlly how much i was carrying then numerous wrong roads i will not be renewing my subscription.Yes I know to say to report theses errors but i find it. To hard to do that as your app sent me on a non truck route i was a little more focous on not hitting anything. Really disappointed.....after your reply No it was not my input and the routes i was sent on was a no truck route !!!!this is of sept 25. 2017 and does not work !!!!!!Very disappoint would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Great app ! Very helpfull but why it doesent give you two choices at the same time.?

I've been using this app for about 7 months now. It has it's ups and downs. If it can't pick up exact location then it gets you close and then has a dotted line cutting through buildings and parking lots. It has issues telling you to make a u-turn in intersections. My BIGGEST issue for this app is I pay $15/month but I don't get multiple route choices. Google is free and offers you 3 options. MANY times the way I need or want to go does not agree with the GPS way and it's annoying..... but it's still the best trucker app I've found so far so I'll keep using it.

Had a few problems and the customer service team addressed it! Completely awesome app with a very proactive team! Would recommend!

App needs to research multiple routes especially since it is a paid app I should get more choices than just one route

Workable but not perfect. As the back of GPS unit when your GPS unit goes down it's reasonable. However I would not use it as my primary GPS. It doesn't draw a marker line over the road exactly but kind of next to the road. It informs me of truck stops that are within one mile of me with an audible alert. It wont-work offline but it does allow multi stop trips. It's about as good as you're going to get for a non dedicated device running phone.

Very good GPS app. A lot more up to date tgan stand-alone devices. For those saying it isn't 100% correct, there is no GPS that is 100%. It does very well and I use it for most of my trips. I will sau, it doesn't like to be disconnected from data coverage for very long. It tends to getslow, when it is.

Worthless! Can't route a multi stop. I downloaded the useless user guide. It says you can but no directions on how. Don't waste your money. Paid for a month use. Definitely won't be paying for more. Will have to check paypal to make sure they didn't sneak in auto recurring payments.

My job GPS Qualcomm could not generate a route because restricted road was on it . I was in Staten island NY. With no way of getting to next stop in 1 hour before store closed . I put this app on and it got me to my store on time and safely ! I recommend it

It's a good app. It's not 100% reliable on a few West Virginia roads, but it's a very good and inexpensive alternative to a Rand McNally GPS.

It really does work.

New version is pretty great, didn't like it before but tried it lately. Always double check your routes because they aren't always perfect or best, but via and avoid points makes it so easy to keep your route. Your route is now also kept through phone and app reboots! I love this!

This app has kept me clear of problems. We'll worth the money. I worry that once I finally get my rand McNally I won't like it as much. I've had this app for a year and it been great. You have to use some common sense though. It will route me to get off at certain points to cut across to another interstate, but if I look I can see that I can just stay on the interstate for a little while and it will lead into the other interstate. Example: west bound ohio route 30 to southbound I75. It will tell you to get off 30 and drive though downtown lima ohio to hook up with 75 on the other side of town. Granted that route is SHORTER by 3.5 miles but if you just stay on route 30 till it intersects with I75 it is much easier. It ends up being faster because you don't have to worry about going though the small ass roads of Lima with a big ass truck. Use your brain a little to avoid sistuations that put you smack dab in the middle of downtown areas. This goes with ALL GPS units, cross check truck GPS, Google, company GPS, and good ole fashion map and you will be fine.

So far I must say this is definitely the best gps app geared toward commercial trucking. That being said, you really really and I can't stress really need to pre plan with a atlas and not drive blind with this app. There has been a few times this app could have really messed me up. In Pennsylvania a while lot. It has tried to take me down roads that would have really made my day bad. I had a delivery at the Lowe's Store in Washington DC. And it tried to get me to drive by the White House. Luckily my company had directions they gave me on Peoples Net. So I used those in conjunction with the app and eventually the app picked correct route. In Cincinnati it took me down a road downtown and tried to get me to take a left down another road to get to interstate. 2 problems, the road was blocked so you couldn't make left and interstate was straight ahead of me. I also noticed it will tell you to make right when you need to make left and vise versa. It will also tell you to turn at last minute. There was a co tuple time especially in PA. I missed turn, then the app bugs out and tries to make you do U turns in residential areas. I'm not sure the price is good for the quality. I actually went and bought a new Garmin so this is my last couple weeks with this app. It's not a terrible app and for most part it gets me to where I need to go with no issues. But you have have to double check your routes

Not bad compared to the older version. The last thing I want is an error in direction which causes loss of valuable time and driving in illegal areas. If you subscribe to one, you also can download the second version. I tested version 2 by having both versions on at the same time. I'm actually starting to like version 2 better. It seems more descriptive as it tells me "play by play" what my next move should be. It does have the occasional inconsistency. For example, Map will say to take a west exit but the text above with say take east. Also, I've noticed that on very few occasions this app would take my almost three miles past my exit just to go past a toll, then have me turn around. This has happened three times in two years. Pros: Adapts to night driving. Bigger menu to personalize to drivers needs. IFTA. Cons: Icon tends to show driver off the side of the road when traveling. Option of adding route to favorites has to be done at the time of starting the route. You can't go to your history and add. If you have version one, it would not hurt to down load version two as you don't have to pay extra. Also, the support team is great.

With every update getting worse and worse. Do you guys do a QA before releasing new updates???
