My nTelos for Android
Use to work fine for me and now says my info doesn't match their records and sure I know my info. Plus my service sucks since they was bought out
I don't know why this app will no longer open. I have uninstalled and installed several times. Still only works one out of ten times. I see I am not the only one with the problem. You would think they would correct the issue.
Don't waste your time,since the buyout a good company has gone completely down hill,wont be switching to Sprint if this is what to expect.
Worthless app! I can NEVER get it to log in. Watch your data towards the end of the month or they'll nail you with as many "data bumps" as they can at $15 dollars each. Not to mention how they text you at least 4 times a month reminding you about paying your bill. It may seem trivial to some, but to me it's very annoying especially since I've NEVER paid my bill late. It's only going to get worse from here now that Sprint has started implementing their policies and practices. Ntelos/Sprint SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
Tried to use the app multiple times to check how much data I have left. It refuses to load
This app is crap. I can't check to see how much data I have used and when it does decide to work it's not accurate.
Can't check my gigabytes. Don't have all day to stand around trying to log on. Junk

Really handy for paying your bill. Just now tried logging in. Can't get logged in. What happened! Just changed my rating to 1 star. This is the first time I have had trouble, and I've been using this app for over 2 years.
I want to enroll in the auto pay, when I can log in, and it consistently won't let me. I feel like it's taken forever for them to fix it. Why offer something that never works?
Ntelos is crap. They dont care about the customers... I've been with ntelos about 6, 7 months now. Paid my bill every month. But since they have been bought out by shentel it's been very disappointing. If it's like this when I have to switch to sprint, I'll drop them and find another cell phone provider..... don't waste your time on this app. Keeps freezing if your lucky. It's being Uninstalled right now........

Every time I go to pay my bill it want let me do it on the app. And now every time I go to get on the app it's saying my info doesn't match their records!
Stopped working completely and won't do anything. I waste of space. This needs to be fixed.
When you can gain access(not often) this app is not up to date.It tells me I've used 9.34 data and when you call customer service their most up to date is 9.79.Can surely result in extra charges.Maybe that's the point.
Ive had to reinstall every time I want to open it up and it don't provide all my info. I get more info from dialing 611. Junk app

Half the time it says I'm entering the wrong info in. Works great to keep an eye on your usage....when it actually will let you log in.

Had to uninstall the app and now it won't reinstall. Only reason it rated a 1 is because it wouldn't let me rate it a "0"! Pathetic app..

It's kind of sad that I cannot get passed the log in screen. Maybe you guys need to do some more improvements!
Got to say big difference when wanting to know the amount of data I used so far in the month. Plus gives me each statement bill way I can keep up with my payments.
