Love the easy access to pay my bill

I have tried for the last ten minutes to connect and pay my bill, but keep getting a mess saying unable to connect to network. I am able to get online and have also uninstalled then reinstalled and still no change. Please fix. WW Other than this, was working fine.

I noticed that it force closes every time I open it when I'm connected to wifi, but if I switch over to 3G it connects automatically. Must be their way of making you use your data.

This app was just really user friendly and very helpful! Even my husband, who is not even sure WHAT an app is, can use this without direction with step by step detail!!! I enjoy having it!

This app does not load and keeps forcing close evertime I try to open it. Would be a nice app to have if it work.
