Mood Tracker for Android
I really like the rating scale, the "as bad as it gets" and "as good as it gets" are vague enough that they don't box you in, but specific enough to still be useful. However, I hate that you can't edit entries after you make them. It's really annoying if you accidentally click the wrong thing or misspell something. Also, as other reviewers have pointed out, the word highlighting thing is kind of random. It's a cool idea, but it needs some work. Overall, it has some good stuff, but it's a fairly limited app.
Slooooow
I Can't edit journal entry's I've put in. I also can't see what I'm writing after a certain point. Also entries later in the day will show up under the next day for some reason. Wouldn't recommend.
Effective and simple app to use, easy to read little bar chart, no frills, free to download and most importantly, personal! Only little gripe is that after a couple of sentences you can't see what you are typing which makes it difficult but other than that, highly recommended :-) Afterthought... the words it chooses to highlight sometimes seem a little random, maybe design it so that it picks up on key emotions eg. Happy; sad; angry; embarrassed, Rather than picking up on words such as morning; cup; sky etc
Needs ability to set/change time zone for people outside of the UK. I love this app but not having the ability to change the time is really messing up my logs.
As far as functionality & design, this is my favorite mood tracker app. However, a couple issues are causing it to be far less useful for me. 1) Timezone. If I post something at 8pm on Wed, it shows up as Thurs on the graph/journal. This is a problem when I need to track each day separately. 2) Can't edit journal entries. If these issues were fixed, this could easily be a 5 star app.
Takes a long time to load up on a recent android device. No option to see mood change over anything longer than a week on the mobile device which would be good for sharing with mental health professionals you see less than weekly.
This is an app from mind ,and I find it really useful .there is a chart to score your mood on a day to day basis ,and then a page with which to write about how your feeling .I find it useful to write what I might be feeling on a particular day ,coping strategies triggers and how my day has been . what I like about this app its easy to use ,has contact info if you need medical advice or help personalisation pages like how was your day ? What things do you like to do ? Could be really useful on here .
Registering via the desktop gives you a few more options but the stop is great.
Date is all messed up& you can't change it so pay of your Wednesday log lands on Tuesday's calendar. Lots of room for journaling, but you can only see the top few lines so you have no idea what is or isn't being logged.
Good app and easy to use. Would be better with a notification options o remind you to check in (eg every hour). Also would like to be able to add to/edit previous entries.
Awesome
Happier every day!!
