Life Safety Inspector

App takes forever to load. I have jobs with pictures that need to be reported. I can't wait all day for this app to load. Waste of time and space.

This app is a waste of time!! This is the biggest P.O.S app ever created. Constant lost information, sync errors, useless questions, user interface is non existent, auto update doesn't work. You name it, it sucks. Run for your life if your employer buys this junk. Less than one star.

Terrible

Perhaps the worst software/app ever created. Unfortunately, this is our life safety platform for alarm, sprinkler and fire pump testing. After every update there are multiple features that are either removed without warning or just stop functioning. Constantly loses data during sync, so much so that those of us in the field joke that LSI is an acronym for Loses Some Information. Runs horribly slow most days. Avoid this POS if you value your technicians' sanity and that of your paying customers.

Efficient and Robust

We use this application to track extinguisher and alarm inspections at my company. Prior versions had some issues that made it difficult to use. The current release seems to have straightened these all out and now it’s saving us a ton of time. Support and Development teams are competent and professional. I would definitely recommend this for any life safety inspection program.

Myself and my team use this app on a daily basis and love it. The few times we have had any issues one call and it was resolved within 24hr .
