About Your Doula Biz
YourDoulaBiz is an easy to use data management system designed especially for doulas. YourDoulaBiz was designed by a doula so you can be sure that special focus was put on adding the exact features that doulas need for their businesses.
This system allows doulas to manage their client data, client payments, appointments (tasks), mileage and expenses. The mobile version allows for data entry of client and task information and the ability to view the birth record.
The input forms have been carefully crafted to only include important data points that are needed for doulas to serve their clients. Doulas won’t be bogged down with data entry that isn’t necessary!
Client Information includes: contact info, due date, birthing location, care provider, backup doula, payments, birthing preferences, interview notes, fears and meeting notes.
Doulas can also use YourDoulaBiz to manage their appointments with clients and client tasks through the Task screen. This is where users can enter mileage and expenses that they incur in their work. Tasks can be associated with client or general tasks for their business.

I was so happy to find this app. It seemed like I would never find a CRM that truly fit my needs. I was so frustrated and crazy happy to find this program/app. I would love to see a few things added in the app; calender overview, ability to add tasks to google calender, a log to track all contact made with each client
