I kontaktlistan kan du söka och hitta alla kollegor i företaget men även få tillgång till din egen kontaktlista. Du ser om kollegor är tillgängliga för samtal eller upptagna och från kontaktlistan kan du enkelt ringa, koppla samtal, chatta, SMSa eller skicka e-post.

Du kan styra din tillgänglighet för samtal genom att ställa in en aktivitet, t ex ”Lunch” eller ”Möte”. De som ringer får höra när du blir ledig igen. I appen ser du alla inkomna röstmeddelanden i en lista och kan enkelt lyssna av dem genom ett enkelt klick. Du har också en lista som visar alla dina missade samtal.

Du kan logga in i ACD-grupper (svarsgrupper) för att svara på samtal tillsammans med andra i gruppen. Du ser tydligt om du är inloggad eller utloggad samt hur många samtal som väntar i kö.

I appen ändrar du enkelt vilket nummer som du visar när du ringer och du kan också bjuda in till en telefonkonferens.
