My Telenor India–Easy Recharge

There is no option to delete saved debit cards in this app. I complained to customer care but they asked me to remove it via website but these saved cards show only in app not in website. Later they told me to reinstall the app, clear cache and all. But nothing happened. One has to complain to appellate authority to get the saved cards deleted. Careless and lazy app developers. Add the option to remove saved debit cards and I'll give 5 stars.

Telenor is worst. Never ever use it. No proper customer care service. I went to their office to recharge my phone and to reverify it with aadhar. They overcharged me and didn't get my work done.

Its a good app.. And i like the services.. The talktime and data.. But just one thing is wrong.. That is the fake or wrong numbers.. And automatic vas activation without someone concern.. Just receive the call and they will activate it on their own.. Improve these things.. Otherwise its one of the good service provider

I want to show atleast 10 calling no. Bcoz other app gave some gud information plz update for this nd make gud app nd plz response in my email. Idea app gave full months information of deduction

DON'T go with telenor.very bed service no option DNA.everyday lot of calls . Vas service I'm not starting but my balance .cut the telenor do go with this company.layar customer care services bed don't go with this company

Worst services I visited in your (Agra Sanjay place store) to upgrade in free 4g services. And their staff were forcing to make payment for free services really.

Nothing useful. Balance details not available for add on number. Account details is also not available for registered number. This app can be use for recharge purpose only.

It doesn't show details history, nor we can itemized bill,, but one thing is good , it shows the active pack.. else it is useless.. need to improve

Thanku Team Telenor for your reply. Local Telenor store in my city has been prompt at my request. Problem has been resolved satisfactorily. No issues now.

On 12 July after registering my aadhar number in telenor shop near malkajgiri they charge me 10 Rs when I said why this charge they said we are franchise of telenor and we are collecting 10 Rs for aadhar linking.....Other network provider are doing this without any payment....

Waste app.. whe I try to recharge my another no. It fail to do this operation each and every time.. Totally waste app :-(

Worst app, not refreshing offers n balance n also not updating sub accounts. N also not updating paytm balance. Ask dem a few reasons to use this app. Waste of ram..

Why should I give you any star reason is Paytm wallet amount is not getting updated automatically in spite of having so much of money and the wallet your payment what is indicating some amount only and it is not getting updated and hence it is rejecting the payment through Paytm very unfortunate

In usages details plz also mention time & number, some time confused about that deductions which didn't make, so plz clarify that confusion also, a lot of thanks if u do this matter.

Cheater app I have recharge 130 but recharge did not successful and money deducted in my bank account till not refund

Not show special balance... Not good app.... Like other app like Airtel, idea,etc

Telenor is cheater deduct balance withot any use...i have loss more than 110 rs last month..useless fraud ...dont use telenor

Show false special offers and exclusive offers can not be recharged even at mobile recharge shop. Internet service is ridiculous

I am very disagree with this app because i did my number recharge but i did not get my recharge and my amount has been deducted by my paytm wallet........please help....

Very Useful app, every recharge and calls are track. But limited history, and one back drop is not linked to MobiKwik is inconvenience. Overall very Good...

App not up to mark. Unable to see validity, and transactions etc. Every time need to depend on desktop site. I didn't like this app.

Jitna mb hota he co nahi dikhata or Recharge offer hitihe 97 me 84 day day 1 gb Or miltahe 1 gb 28 day offers galt batata he telinor koi bhi revolves nahi karta

This is very nice app but it need improvement, like balance update for added numbers, gift pack and gift talktime etc. Balance not up to date.

each time required OTP. Not able to use more than one no. see vodafone app. make that type app.

I want to active a caller tune but customer service provider people regret my request.

In this app some plans are expired but still shows in the apps. Why u cant remove it.

Link pay TM to app an after that recharge mobile no 2 times,AMT DEBITED from my Paytm wallet but recharge become unsuccessful although company and paytm not refunded my AMT in wallet or not recharge.two times recharge of RS.123

Unable to use paytm for recharge even though more than 2000 amount is available..It says balance is less in paytm.. Earlier it was working.. Please fix it

Wrost app it is not working properly Plans they are showing are not implimented even after payment

Worst service 4g network speed is not ever speed of other 3g networks

Usage Details mai kis number par phone Kiya ya message Kiya wo number nahi dekhata hai aur Sirf ek he din ka usage dekhata hai ..idea app number aur 7 din ka usage dekhata hai.please add this feature..
