AT&T Navigator: Maps, Traffic for Android
DO NOT WANT!!! No option to uninstall. When trying to disable, the only options are to install the original factory version or cancel. Selecting Force Stop, the app restarts itself and updates automatically. This app is a pain AT&T!!! Give your customers an option to uninstall.
I think this is a very clever means of advertising that is both beneficial for the consumer and lucrative for the stock market..However,I also believe that emphasis should be placed on the difference between the real world and propaganda. That helps our stock market to thrive..Especiallly when there are many individuals in our society whom have little knowledge of the information highway.
I like the app but almost all of the time, the routes it gives are inconvenient, even when it says fastest route. There's usually a more direct way to get there. Google maps usually has the more direct routes.
Why would you pay 10 bucks a month for this app? Google maps is free and much more superior in every way I can see. This app was semi relevant 5-6 years ago. Now it's a joke and a ripoff. Who's the joke on. Me! Cuz I had no idea I was paying that much. It used to cost 4.99 and when Google maps wasn't where it is today the 4.99 made sense for someone who does a lot of driving. I'm uninstalling now. Would not recommend.
I love how clear it is and easy to use but I have one problem; when I search for a location it doesn't give me the closest one first. Perhaps my cell settings. Lastly I am not yet well versed in all its capabilities.
This app is broken. I have had it for 10 years, through several phone upgrades. Now I do a factory reset and nothing works. Tech support can't seem to fix it. They told me it was because I changed my service. Factory reset does not change my service. This is a scsm. You can get the same serviced with Google maps for free. Two years ago the rewrote the app eliminating the ability to save your addresses and did not bother to inform the customers. I have paid then $260 in the last 2+ years for nothing. Don't pay for this app. Use something else. Save your money. Please be warned. You would be paying $10 a month for nothing. Don't do it. If your using this app. Stop save your money for something else. For $10 a month you could go out to lunch or breakfast. A much better bang for your buck.
I paid $50 for my Garmin GPS which I get frequent updates on and it doesn't cost me near $120 per year like this app does. If it were free or a small yearly free I would buy this app immediately.
It crashes to much always lose signal. Has not been accurate for a couple of weeks please fix ,then you will get a better rating
A pay $ for navigator feature that is stuck in my phone that I can't rid of and can't root access my own phone. Thanks for nothing att! Allow us to delete/uninstall your useless bloatware
This app is difficult to use. Since it came on my phone I thought I would try n use it, but wont it's just to hard the one I used I down loaded much easier to use and can check a lot of things on this app, find a taxi, closes airport, entertainment food has etc, so I'll keep what I have
Clarity on directions is not good. Sentences are cut off in the middle of giving verbal directions Forcing me to watch the screen while driving.
Monthly fee after 30 days & can't find a way to uninstall, or it disable. Very annoying and devious, AT&T.
I use this often. The only thing I have a problem with is the marker. Its round and I believe a directional arrow would be better.
Gets me everywhere, sometimes no signal, but about 95% of time it's grest.
I couldn't find my way out of a wet paper bag but with this app I can ! It seems to be easy to use with clear Directions and if you need to re-route for any reason it or does that too !
While the google app kept saying lost signal this app always just worked. The is app is easy to not fancy it just worked. Maps can be downloaded easily. I love this app.
Trash. Moves to slow. Repeating last direction while you're going through a 4 way intersection.
I don't travel too far too often but when I have a special event navigator gets me to and from with little trouble. Which for me is amazing. Every time.lol. I recently needed to use this and it wasn't any help at all. I've downloaded a COMPLETE LY FREE app. You can kiss it.
Ok but DOES NOT WORK. A third of the addresses are outdated and another third has the wrong address. This seriously needs an update on content
Well very useful to get places when u need to and helps know fast ways to get places or how fast to home or work so its a very great tool to use and i would recommend it for all users
My AT&T Go-phone has been acting up for last ~2 weeks and I'm having a very difficult time entering texts as the following message keeps appearing often just when I'm in the process of important matters: "AT&T Address Book will sync your contacts when your mobile phone is on a mobile network". Would you have any idea why this would be happening?
Useful, but several features offered by other tools for free are extra cost with this app - like traffic info.
Another reason for AT&T to over charge for something that's not used that often.
I use this app constantly! Its estimations are incredibly accurate and it provides multiple routes if there are possibly tastes routes available
Well, GPS navigation is not good in cities like Dallas, Houston where multiple interconnected roads.
Love ho w p4e c is and true it is. All maps n navigation system is UPDATED AND DEAD ON WITH DIRECTIONS ETC.
I love how quickly you can be rerouted if you miss a turn. I've never had a problem using this app
This app has assisted my travels several times. I have never had any problems
Really no point in using free version when it doesn't give you real time trip updates unless you pay for it when Google maps does for free
As above & gives alternate routes. Alerts, just more data.
I should not be forced to have this app in my phone?
This thing sucks. You pay for it and it only gets you lost
Easy an simple to use doesn't freeze up like my google maps.
Slow and loses the satellite consistently. Terrible
Sync is too slow during rush hour; otherwise, convenient to find places placed on the go.
Have had no problems getting where I need to go using this app.
Easy to use and up to date. Gives additional helpfull information along the way.
Always helps me when I'm in a jam and have lost my way!
I have a new job and a chauffeurs license; this has been helpful in navigating to many different area locations!

I love the app, it helped me hang out with a close friend I haven't seen in years. Only problem is you have to pay for it. There are plenty of other navigational apps that DON'T cost anything and I honestly may decide to cancel my payment for a free app. If this app was free, though, I'd give it a perfect score.
