It doesn't work properly. While the show is on it synchronizes but some clips do not play the screen goes blank and it exists you out of the app and you have to open it again then it works but the same issue happens multiple times during the show. After the show is done I try to go back and see if I can view any of the clips I wasn't able to see and it does the same thing. It asks me if I want to report the issue which I do report but nothing ever gets fixed. of approximately 15clips I only get to see 4

Doesn't synchronize. When it does it's for a few seconds then it says it can't hear the audio even if I have my TV volume on full blast. Not worth the time to try and make it work

I dont know how others are using it, but just open the app and let it run on its own while the show is on. It occasionally pops up extra material throughout the show. The only thing I hate is that i keep getting pop ups that say "stopped working" while the app isn't even on, no matter how many times i click ok it pops up again. La aplicación sirve como nagia. Solo abre la aplicación y deja que corra mientras esta la novela. No tienes que oprimir ningún botón. Luego empieza a mandar videos y encuestas.
