Never works!

Could not set up account either through the app or at the website as I kept getting 'must be alphanumeric characters only' despite the fact that I CAREFULLY entered and reentered and reentered the info. Now that I think about it, I can't imagine actually entering credit card info on this app or website - there's no telling who is hacking this obviously poorly designed software

The price on the parking lot stated $2. I decided to use the app. The deposit had to be minimum $10. I thought to use for future times. Made the deposit, tried to pay for parking, but the price per the app was $30!!! Wasted an hour going through the app and re parking my car. Tried to call the company, sent them an email, trying to get the deposit back. No response! What a scam!

App seems to have many connection issues. The other day it took me four tries to add money to my account. I was charged for every attempt but it only added money to my account once. Also there is a delay between when you purchase the parking pass and when the parking pass is actually created. My car was booted because the parking pass was created 15 minutes after I told it to create the pass.

Make it to where I'm logged in for a week or 2 so I don't have to log in every time. Deduct parking fees from my banking account or credit card instead of having me "top off" my account.
