Latest update constantly crashes on Nexus 6P. Completely useless for its only purpose as I can't actually create a parking ticket! Also won't let you forward date parking in same location you're already parked at. Slow clap lads. How stupid do you have to be to release this? Would give zero stars if possible. Saw that you're losing the Irish Rail gig, delighted I won't have to deal with you lot anymore! :)

It doesn't remember my password which is extremely annoying. When I requested a new one to be reset via email I never received any. No contact from parkbytext yet to fix this so I'm worried I'll get clamped this morning.

New update is stupid all my previous parking dates have been wiped off the system and I can't seem to get into booking my car for another month. The old way was simple and easy. Why change something that actually works.

The update has caused to app to crash constantly, park history is gone. Could not use it this morning to park, would not log in. Previous version of app worked fine, if it aint broken why update it!

Constantly shuts down compared to the old version which actually works. Dont release updates if not tested properly.

New update, failed to login, try again later message. Update: working again but can be hit or miss

New update gives the app a more modern look. Everything looks nicer and sleeker. The directions to the car park are good. All it's missing is a push notification for expiring parking.

An app from the stone age. Very unattractive and typical thieves demanding a ridiculous €10 minimum top-up. I will stick to the Web form on the browser tis much more straightforward.

A scam, a rip off, a farce if you will. Don't waste your time or precious euros on this crap lads. Apps and companies like these are the reason murder suicide pacts happen. And for that reason, I'm out.

Doesn't allow me to sign in. Also think it's ridiculous that this company have car parks at colleges. I mean I'm already paying for my education, I shouldn't have to pay for overpriced parking as well

This is actually robbery. Top up 10 EUR use it once for 1 or 2 EUR, check back later and the rest is almost gone. Besides, limited parking bookmarks and the function to create parking doesn't work. Sad!

Dont park with them! Downloaded this app to leave a bad review for this terrible company. I prepaid for parking in Connolly station and arrived find no spaces. They refused to give me a full refund claiming that it's in their terms and conditions to charge an admin fee. Obviously this term is against EU unfair terms regulations. Customer service is awful and the company this just terrible. Don't park with them!

Admin charge is ridiculous high, even having a car listed in accounts, you cannot select is when creating a pass.

Admin fees are hidden, hate that, won't be topping up again, it's not a honest way to treat customers.

Badly written app. Apart from all the other stuff in the reviews it doesnt shutdown properly and continues to chew battery while searching for a gps signal (why does it need my location?)

What are the Admin fees for? Rip off. Cheaper not to use the app.

Fees too high. No geo location messages to alert you you are in a paid parking zone and alert by sms or push message to pay parking.

Have to log on every time, completely unnecessary

Tried to register, the app closed before I could before I could enter my activation number that was sent via text. As a result I couldn't activate my account. Uninstalled the app.

Crap app, scumbag company

App won't find the carpark i need to setup my carparking. Did it find last week. Put in location code and it doesn't even respond to that. Very poor.

I doesn't remember to login. I use complex and long passwords for my accounts and the fact the app forgets it all the time does not make life easier. Otherwise very simple app must took a full day or two for a developer to do, but it does what it says on the tin. Job well done... :)

Admin fees are hidden and as an infrequent user this app is not worth the bother . I know it's only 50 cent a month but if I top up by 10 Euro and use it twice in 3 months I can't use it a third time as I have no credit left .

Of No benefit you forget to pay one day and they clamp you despite having your reg number, phone number and your credit card number

Only a small amount but resulted in me going slightly under the €4 needed to park & had to go elsewhere. No financial benefits to app, actually penalised for having it.

Paid for my parking but had small typo on my registration. Clamped, 120 euro release and the appeal denied.

Cannot select any station from the map when I try to create a parking ticket on the app. When I enter the station name in the search box nothing comes up.

I had it open for about 2 minutes to pay for parking. It worked. Now a few hours later my phone is almost dead and I'm being told parkbytext has used 12% of my battery. Why is it doing anything in the background?

Ridiculous admin charges. 50cent a month!? 20cent for sms confirmation or reminders! €5 charge to close an account.
