Overall I like the simplicity and features of Cloud Phone. There are two problems I've encountered: 1. It sounds garbled at some point during a call and I'm not sure how the sound quality is for my clients. 2. I've been talking to a client on Cloud Phone before and had a call come in from my cell#, this was a nightmare. The ring comes through the headset ear piece and is difficult to talk around. Also, the same thing happens when I get notifications. It's loud and distracting. The second issue makes me very reluctant to give this number out consistently, because I can't feel confident about what will happen if I get a phone call.

Features it needs: scheduled text messages. What needs fixed: tapping a dialed number immediately dials the number. I keep dialing people I don't mean too. Second, sometimes I hit hangup and the calling screen disappears but the call continues. That's embarrassing when it's a client. Outside of that, adding text messages was huge for me. I'm glad you did that, it's why I'm keeping the service.

I once have used voxox for personal use. I'd my account for using for SMS and sometimes for calling. Right now I'm unable to use it in that way, because right now it's on business use. You'd have kept the old voxox or, at least, give us an option to have a personal usage. It's not fair with us, customers.
