Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I purchased this as there is no mention of the fact that you can't import your log book from the free app in the description. I tried to look at the FAQ but the link is broken. I sent an email to the author but it's been 3 days now and still no reply.

Have not been able to use since Android 6 update. No response from developer after numerous reports. Have just worked out issue is with permissions. They need to be turned on and then app works again. Developer could have taken the time to advise of that 2 months ago. Very poor support but good app to use. Developer needs to get their act together or another good app will lose users and die.

I just got a new phone and was happy there was a backup feature but none of my receipts came across in the transfer. Dissapointed. Major let down for what is otherwise a great app... Also on this new LG G3, after clicking back to exit the app, the confirmation 'OK' just send you back to the app and doesn't exit.

Just got a new Samsung Galaxy S7 (Android 6.0), the app won't even open. "Unfortunately VLB PRO has stopped." Please fix your app asap. It's essential to my business.

I use this app for the most basic of functions. I just need to record the odometer readings for business trips. But the GPS function stopped working. I reported the bug by webform and email but heard nothing. Then I phoned Teklabs several times. Each time I was assured they would reply or phone back. But persistently I got no response so I am driven to write this review. All I want to know is if I reinstall the product will I lose my data and will I have to pay again. They do not deserve your patronage.

I just downloaded the pro app and saved today's file to Dropbox (which I had to download today). When I try to open the saved file it tells me I need to download an app that can do this. What app is this? I have a Galaxy 6 edge phone. I've been waiting since the 5.3.16 for someone to get back to me about this issue. Don't you people read the reviews about your own app?

Does exactly what I need it to do. I have found that the odometer end reading is fairly accurate. You must take into account that your phones civilian GPS will never be as accurate as the odometer on your car. Especially if you lose your GPS signal part way through a journey. Certain atmospheric factors and other sources of error can affect the accuracy of GPS receivers. Having to edit one or two digits once in a while is not that big of a deal. Great work developer.

Pay for the Pro version. The backup is a huge thing. I had to switch devices twice, and twice I had to pass all the info to the new one. Not anymore with Pro.

It would be useful to have a start and end date for mileage. The other thing would be for reports is to be able enter a date range so that only the relevant period (year) shoows specially for tax time. As at the moment it shows every entry from when when you started inputting data. So that your looking at 2 to 3 years of data instead of just the current financial or tax year entries only.

I've been using this app for quite a while on a Samsung Note 3 & love it. Just got a Samsung Note 7 & it doesn't work on the new phone. Will there be an upgrade soon or do I need to find another app?
