Tekla Field3D - the easy-to-use IFC / BIM 3D-viewer. Not only does it open very large models* (2 GB++), it also has many useful and easy functions to view and extract 3D model information. It works fluently on both phone and tablet.
Tekla Field3D is a high-performance 3D viewer for Building Information Models (BIM). It supports a new way of working with AEC models in the building lifecycle, from design to demolition. With Tekla Field3D even stakeholders without a desktop BIM software can combine and view 3D models. Using standard touch features you can pan, zoom, and rotate models easily.

There's a lot of potential for this app, it's quick, simple and unique at the moment. I've only tried the free version and whilst I know it doesn't allow certain features it also isn't showing the full models I have been using, various structural elements are missing. This isn't listed as a free version limitation so I think it might just be a error, or perhaps it can't handle the model complexity.

Everything is crippled by default, with no apparent way to uncriple it short of a full enterprise project data hosting agreement with what I assume is price on application... ... which is a shame because you can't really test it for anything worthwhile to decide if you want to pitch it to a Client for a major project because EVERYTHING EVERYTHING EVERYTHING IS CRIPPLED IN THE FREE VERSION and an enterprise project hosting agreement seems to be the next increment. It's a shame because it looks like it might be quite good.
