Create Agent Account

This app is very poor,one cannot view customers profile,customers get sms alert carrying two separate tokens,money double credit itself and i cannot log into my account..I prefer the old app,which to my own opinion needs some additional updates or upgrade.Thanks

Can't even log in, since the day it was installed.

TEST MESSAGES GOES AUTOMATICALLY

The background is faint, the figures are small. Can't assess customer's debt profile. What happened to the big, dark and bold digits of old. You have to strain your eyes to write the token digits. Because the SMS is still not going. Also can't see customer's token units on the transaction history. It's displaying as null. The postpaid doesn't record properly, it shuts down abruptly, with tab balance issues.

Letters are quite faint. Sending of e-receipt disabled. Inability to view customers' debt profile. Postpaid Transactions can't be posted.
