Simple and doing its job. Forces volunteers in my EMS stick to the rhythm. But PLEASE can you add setting for choosing other beating/clicking sounds except from "drums on a garbage can". In long CPRs it is disturbing and annoying. Thank you.
When I heard about CPR metronome apps, I downloaded several to see which I liked best. This one is very simple, the sound is loud, and it doesn't have any unnecessary first aid information to click through.
Just what l need - simple, one-click activation, the signal is loud and clear, yet not annoying and quite distinct from other noices produced by medical machinery. For people who know how to do CPR, but can't count seconds in their head while compressing.
To date (05/19/16), i have personally used this to bring 3 different persons back into pulse, with one successfully leaving the hospital alive. Simple, easy, and just whats needed to keep your mind right during a stressful situation.
This is a must-have app for anyone serious about being prepared for emergencies
Exactly what I was looking for

I use this app every time I teach CPR to help students get the proper idea of timing. Every app I have from Omnimedic has been great and this app did not disappoint me.

Wouldn't let me control the speed. Suddenly froze and could not stop. Had to uninstall the app. It would be better to enable adjustable speeds and different sounds.
This was just used by my department on a code that was worked for thirty minutes. The audible rhythm kept everyone together and the ding reminded to breathe when intubated.
What an absolutely horrible app. It's nothing but a stopwatch.
What is with the "ding" sound every 11 seconds? It doesn't show you time... Not good app
