30 Day Push Up Challenge for Android
Great app for people starting to workout. Starts off slow but builds up. Would like less adds though. Sometimes they freeze the app and I have to reboot.
I am trying to get in shape, I was only sad that it ends a 40 push ups, I need to get up much higher then that
This is a good app for someone starting out. Builds up progression as the days go on. My fitness level is sub par and plan on doing the 100 push ups a day for 30 days challenge after doing this just so I have a better base line.
This app is good because it simply gets the job done. It tells me how many push ups I need to do and I can track my progress. Can't ask for nothing more than that.
Workout was doing well until day 16. I opened up the app and some war game app blocked me from being able to continue. I opened and closed the app several times but the ad was still there. I even restarted my phone. In the end I just found some 30 day regimen online and continued where I left off.
I was keeping track of how many pushups I had achieved with dry erase marker on my mirror. This does it for me now, increasing my goal each day. My only complaint is that the reminder does not work for more than a day at a time. I have to turn the reminder off then back on to get it to work the next day.
I love these apps but the ads are kind of annoying when youre trying to begin your workout. I would be willing to pay a dollar to get rid of the ads. I do like that there is the ability to share your finished workouts with other people. I think it would be fun to have something similar to a trophy system for completing X number of workouts and competing with friends.
Has helped me enormously with my pushup ability. By the way fellow citizens of the internet, if you turn your WiFi off before opening any app then you get no ads! Does everyone know this and complain about ads anyway? If so, why?
I love all these 30 day apps, however, no matter what I do these poll survey adds pop up. It happens everytime I use any screen on the app. I know it's free and I understand getting it once per use but 4 times is a little excessive. Since it's such a great app I put up with it.
I think this would be better for me if there was some sort of progression into the pushup. I find them so hard. Good level of progress once you get to 15 though :)
I am trying to replace a defunct app that scales the workout from your initial workout results. This maxes out at 40 pushups? We need some some settings - 40 is already too easy.
Simple app. Does what it is suppose to do
I'm very weak. Did the 30day challenge using my knees the first round. Once I'm done I'm doing the 2nd round with regular push-ups
Nothing special. Just standard push up. No counter no timer no other push up style .should make use of the light sensor to count the push up and make more variety like the sit up challenge.
It's an amazing app and has helped be get better and acomplish more and more press ups day by day. I struggled to do the first when I started when I look back it's really simple
I am trying to get in shape, I was only sad that it ends a 40 push ups, I need to get up much higher then that
This app is good if you want to build on the amount of push ups you can do. It is not so great for beginners. Also the sound for the videos never worked for me.
I just wish it was a little more challenging. Also, I feel like one app should be made with multiple challenges within so we could pick from a list rather than having to download multiple apps.
I assumed it meant 15 reps and thats one set, but 15 push ups was the whole thing, I did 8 sets for this workout then realised they only wanted you to do 15. Overall nor nearly enough reps to be useful to someone who already goes to the gym. If you find push ups extremely difficult by themselves, then this is for you, if not then ignore this app.
It just has you move up the scale in the amount of push ups to do.. not really a challenge but good for beginners or way to track your days
Nice friendly reminder to do my daily push-ups. I use their other apps for 30 Challenges as well.
Thanks for this app. Over the past month it has pushed me to stay focused so I can reach my goal. Started at 312 down to 290 with exercise and diet modifications. Because of this app and it's reminders and my desire to make lasting health changes in bigger and stronger! Thanks!
On day 1 i can go only 2 pushups without giving up but now on day 3 their is a big change to me, i can easily do 10 push ups without giving up. Thanks to this app
No other app has got me working out like this one. Simple but effective. I'm currently doing three 30 challenges at a time and the results are amazing
It has same exercises but the sets increases as day passes by. It's a good app. Need to work on the adds and pop ups
At first I was skeptical, but it truly works . 1st day I could barely do 15, I'm on day 4 and I'm doing 20. Try it and push yourself, you might surprise yourself.
I really like it i was chubby now im skinier :D
I am new to working out and this app is great (in my opinion) for a beginner.
Quick and easy to do especially for someone who has little time in their hands like me
It is what it is.. good way to get started into doing press ups
This app does what it's supposed to. The rest is up to you:-)
It's helps because it has a routine. However, the ee ads is very annoying.
I like the app but I'm not getting any of the reminder notifications.
I finished my 30 days and I'm so proud of myself. I couldn't do one pushup before this app now I can do up to 40 without stopping, which I have never ever been able to do before
The workouts are nice but I wish it felt more gratifying for completion. The ads are annoying but I get it but the most annoying this is asking me to share with friends after every completed day. No I do not wish to share with friends! No one wants to see those updates anyway.
Pushes you little by little to do more everyday until you reach your goal. Good concept.
Just one thing... day 22 says 0 reps. Is it intended to be a rest day or is it a mistake? I'll do it anyway. Best app ever. Keeps you motivated!
Just pushups. A fine supplement to any program if challenges help motivate you. I like how I don't lose motivation for messing up if I'm too busy or sore. It's just 30 days, not 30 consecutive days. I can 'catch up' on missed days if I want to, too. I like using the whole series in tandem when I have time, and throughout the day as I can. Even if it's not your main activity, it's consistently achievable and easy to use for positive reinforcement. Though I wish I weren't asked to share every day.
Real fitness comes! I've used the 30 day ab challenge and got the result as my 6 pack :-D

Decent app. If I was forced to find fault, I'd disable the 'share?' page that pops up when you finish. I don't ever intend to share my progress so I'd prefer not to have to confirm that every time I use the app.
