Ok app. I thought there were several plank exercises included though. Not bothered by that as much as the plank timer should really give you a count down to allow to get in to the proper position after you hit the start button. On the early days when the times are short, the exercise was half over before I ever got set up.

I really like these exercises because you can change them to fit your needs. If you are a beginner in poor shape, this exercise can be modified to your needs. Get a cooking timer or whatever and start with 5 seconds, or 10 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds or even a minute. As you are able do another one, press on without overexertion. This exercise is made to be modified to as little or as much as you want to do. If you can do only 1, do 1. At some point you will be able to do 2. Don't give up.

I normally don't mind ads in free apps, but full-page pop-ups are another matter. Plus, it's basically just a timer.

Yup but I don't know if whether the time is correct but I'm on my 10th day and it's great and I know it's working. I hope I can manage to finish until 30 days bec. It gets harder as you go further....my body's shaking -.- nevertheless this is a great app. If you think timer is 'broken' can just use your own timer and just check d days you've accomplished.

It keeps asking to "share" and you can't switch that off. It only records one workout, so if you happen to want to do more it doesn't allow for that. No settings no customisation. Adverts come when you click anything. At least it was free. Poor value

The app does what it supposed to do. I suggest to have multiple difficulty options so it's not too demanding for people who do not have active lifestyle. Or have multiple timeframe to reach the final 300 seconds

The only thing I wish this app displayed is the date you start on...otherwise it's clean and simple. Nothing to input, track or calculate...straight forward and easy

I love this app, it's simple yet very effective and motivating. Also I like the fact that they thought often rest days also... I only give it 4 stars though because I think the numbers are going up too fast at least for me... Until 60sec I was fine, but I have troubles with planking 90sec... I know I'm not in a good shape, but maybe some steps in between could've helped? Next step is 120sec... not sure how I could manage this... :/

I'd like to set my own starting reps/hold time. The first two weeks are far too easy. Also, even if you fail and end before the time is up, it still says "congrats"...?

This app has potential, once the time increase intervals are reduced down to 15 seconds. For a novice, and someone whose job is already physically demanding, to be expected to hold a Plank for 4 minutes on day 27 is a bit much. Once this is corrected, this will be a 5 star app.

Great little app that tracks your planking efforts over 30 days. I'd question whether the increments in time are based on advice from a qualified PT or physio - it seems quite hard going! Maybe different levels (beginner and advanced) would be useful for those starting at different abilities?

It worked the first time then it stopped. Sometimes it shows the right screen. Even when it works it is not intuitive. Switching on takes longer than doing the plank and how can I begin before I see instructions. Also why when it worked at fitst it was showing 60 seconds and now just 20. No adjustment. Bullocks.

The app is simple and nice. But the plank durations and progression are not realistic. It would make more sense to ask you to do your maximum on the first day, and create a program for your level. It doesn't make sense to start with 30sec if I can already do 60, and similarly it's not realistic to expect a non fit person to do 3 minute plank after 3 weeks only.

I love these apps! Although the routine might seem simple it soon builds up and soon you'll be able to do a lot more than from when you first started. From doing no exercise at all this is great for me. Perfect for beginners, I definitely recommend! :-)

I like it for what it is. The daily reminders are helpful. But how can I get rid of the pop up ads, and there needs to be a way to watch the instructional videos without actually doing the days routine. I can't watch how to do that day while doing it. Still in too much pain, in the beginning. Thanks

The apps are good. Day 4 and I can feel a difference. The only thing that would make them better would be the ability to move to sd card. When you download 10 different challenges to do successively, it uses up quite a bit of memory.

Good app, but the amount of time increases too quickly! App goes from 60 to 90 to 120 to 150 seconds! The increments should be smaller or add settings for difficulty. Look for a different app.

The basic app is good. I like that there is a daily reminder to tick off. The only bad thing is there needs to be a verbal start and stop, maybe some encouragement as the time increases, then it would be 5 star.

It's simple, and effective. Does what it's supposed to do. Could barely do 20 sec to start, now at 90 and nearly half way through. Well see if I can get to the full five min at the end.

I thought i would never ever be exercising doing the plank but i had to try as i had one week to get used to it and to carry on because i had a weeks notice to a surprise holiday and HAD HAD HAD to minimize my jelly belly and hey ho ! I reckamend it . Please beleave me .x

This app does remind you to do the exercise. The concept is good. However it would be hugely improved by either a countdown start to allow you get in place and ready or voice command to start. Also better instruction on how to do the exercise would help

I hate going to a gym but I wanted to stay fit. This app, and the others by this company, provides manageable workouts I can do anywhere. Plus it has notifications and reminders you can set to keep motivated.

Love this app! For someone starting or getting back into a fitness routine, it's not overwhelming. I really like the gradual build up of a couple seconds more each day. It gives you a feeling of accomplishment, rather then giving up because it was too difficult.

This app is good, I've only just started and it's a good short exercise to fit in daily. I am a bit daunted by how quickly the time goes up but I'll just do it for 60 days and reduce the time if I find too strenuous, no biggie. Overall good free app

This program is quite motivational but I agree with the other review that says that the holding time jumps up too fast for novices. I will keep working on it though, because I really need to get stronger.

And I hate the pollfish pop out, it pops out everytime I go to the main screen. The reminder I scheduled worked the first day but not since then. But the app is OK as far as everything else goes, so far. I'm 3 days in. I would give me stars if those things weren't a problem. Sorry.

It's a great little app (perhaps the increments are a little steep) but the key feature is the daily reminder, which has stopped working both times I have installed the app.

Does everything for you except the workout. But it would be better if they gave you time to use the app before pestering you to rate it. Also, if there was a 5 sec prep timer before the workout started that would make it even better.

I like it for the idea but seriously for anyone just starting out the increments are dangerous and people can injure themselves. There should be a beginner mode. I am at Day 12 and it went from 60 seconds to 90!! No way I can do it. Its painful. Discouraging to say the least. Going to find an app that takes consideration to safety.

So far I'm liking what I see, and I'm only on day six. Ok, out of all my fitness apps (which is about 10 btw) this one is "Amazingly Addictive". I must say I never been this motivated to work out and eat healthier in a long time. I just Pray this continues, cause getting in shape definitely helps me in so many areas in my life. I'm "SO EXCITED" about my fitness achieved thus far. Check this app out for yourself to experience what I'm talking about. "Definite Game Changer"!!!

I will totally recommend this . starts out slow, and then starts challenging you in the right way at the right time. All the other similar apps by the same developer are worth a try too.

Nice way to keep a log of your exercise but the video loop gets annoying. I thought we were going to see a person planking with us. But it's just a freeze frame
