30 Day Extreme Squat Challenge for Android
I have bad knees they pop everytime i squat and I didnt think day one would be 250 or what ever it is but what ever I'm still gonna do it I've been doing the push up one and the abbs one
I am 12 have never did any sports (always ate healthy though) and i love this app the problem with most other apps is well i forget about them in a few days but with this one it gives you a reminder and i hate a messy notification box so i know the only way to get rid of it is by doing the exercise for that day. I am also doing 4 or 5 others but this one is the most painful my legs feel like rubber.

Today is my 5th day and I love the app
Started with the 30 day squat challenge and straight after started the extreme squat challenge and I love them both! It's a great way for people at home to build up an exercise routine. Add in a few of the other challenges, add in some weights and you have yourself a killer routine with a great burn that helps keep you on track each day with reminders!! Love love love this app!!
I love the app but its extremely challenging, I am on day three and I am totally I pain but I am really dedicated. I will wait until day 30 to see the change cause for now the only change I have is only pain.

Easy app. You have to keep yourself motivated, though (no reminders). Pretty neat!
The clean interface allows me to do the squats without any distractions. Perfect for an exercise app.
I like the simplicity. Basically just a reminder to get off your bum.

I just started the regular 30 day squat challenge and I got thinking about doing the extreme version of it after I'm done

I just did 1st day challenge and Im already barely able to walk,but I guess it means that it's working
That would rape your quads. If your somebody just starting to workout and do this you wont be able walk without pain for a few days just from day one. You'll probably just stop working out in general waitting for soreness to go aways. Then never workout ever. Most I would do day one would be 100. Also depends on your weight if you weight if like nuthin then 100 really wouldnt build muscle
I love how light the app us, and how easy to use the interface is. I like the option it gives you to set reminders.

I never did any sort of lengthened exercise, so obviously i am in pain. It would help if you were somewhat used to exercise due to this intense set up. if there were levels of beginner, intermediate and advanced, this application would run very efficiently. Two days in and i definitely feel the burn. Imagine day thirty...
