30 Day Chest Challenge FREE for Android
Keep as is. You never tell the mountain, " hey, can you make it lighter?" Try what I did. I paced myself. Put my pride to the side(complained, alot, Lol) and just took the "challenge". Great results so far. Cheers!
For the first week I felt some pain in my muscles, but now I don't feel overworked because the workouts slowly increase everyday. Most of the 30 day challenges allow rest days every so often which is a nice surprise. I've noticed changes in how I look and feel and others do as well. My only problems with the apps are that sometimes I have to completely exit a workout to check how many to do because the yellow bar blocks it, my music pauses, and the ads are easy to accidentally click during workouts.
hey guys, thanx for ur efforts to make such an awsome app; one question please, do these workouts enlarge the chest and get us girls bigger boobs please?!
This app alone will not take you where you want. You have to push yourselves! This app lays out the excercises needed to gain muscle. You have take in lots of protein.
At first, I completely doubted this whole thing, but at day 6, I started to see big results in my chest! Thank you.
I'm not an advanced excersiser but nowtgatim getting older I find it very soothing. And I feel accomplished when my workouts complete. With that being said these 30 day apps are amazing! I have about 10 of them downloaded. They are on my tablet n phone as well as in my car a d at my office so I don't get lazy. Having them in sight is mAjor for me cause I man out of site out of mind person and Lord knows it's very hard to get back into a workout routine especially if you feel like you've failed at it before
I am in my 50's and have never worked out before and they already want me doing judo push ups on the first day. Not happening. I wish there was a setting where i could set my age and it start me out with age appropriate exercises.
I like it, I just wish there had been better intrusions on how to use the app. I thought I just checked off a day after I looked at the workouts, but I guess when you click on a day it tells you how many of one thing you're supposed to do. I didn't know this until I messed around with the app. I still like the app, though! :)
Great challenge but could use fitness levels for beginners, novice, experienced, expert. Judo and spider push ups for novice/beginner (me/out of shape) were murder by day 6.

one thing people stop whining this is a 30 day CHALLENGE it is supposed to jump up to rediculous reps if you can't handle it then obviously you failed the challenge.
The app is great but oh man the ads. I get one running a huge banner at the bottom that tries to mimic a menu and tries to install malware if you tap it by accident and one that slides out from a side tab, also looking like a menu every time you start the app or go to a different page in it. I know the app is free so ads will happen but please switch to one's that don't try and look like menus in the app or try to infect your phone.
Exercises provider are not too complicated and have a nice build up with a bit steep curve. But there is no suggested weight for the dumbells. If that could be included in the next update it'd be great.

Good steady build up, certainly getting harder, but also doing 4 other 30 day challenges along with this one
Every time you go to the next exercise it turns off your music, so it's hard without the motivation from your type of music you enjoy, but all in all its got great training exercises, to build up muscles, but music needs to be sorted.
There is no way I' doing the stupid judo pushup I can live with the spiderman pushup even though it sucks but the judo is very stupid plus there's no music.
This app help me get started on getting back in shape and the instructions were very helpful in making sure I do it correctly.

It really makes me get a full work out
I'm using this app and the burpee, back and arm challenge which gives me a full workout. It will definitely challenge you if you stick to it!
I hope this app works my first day was pretty good so im thinking this app will help me a lot!
Several issues. 1. Pauses music player every time you move to next exercise. 2. The reps increase to insane numbers. If you want to bulk up, skip this program. I am finishing it just to finish it. 3. Judo push-ups are just impossible unless you're a gymnast. Maybe if I did 4 years of yoga first.
This is a good workout. I would suggest going little lighter however because by the end of it, you will be doing 140 dumb bell presses which is killer if u r using max weight
Its cool that It gives me precise reps than just doing it forcing myself to do more tiring my muscles til it hurts. The progression is just SWEET! I've been doing reckless workouts but this app (along with the other apps) changed the way I do it. Hope you make a tricep workout. P.S. to those beginners out there, I recommend you this. Train well!
I have been doing this for a month now and my mom sees a considerable change...will continue till I reach my goal.
Love the look of the app but in some of the exercise examples it shows the person using weights but in the exercises it doesn't say what weight to use. Please respond I would be very gratefull
Simple to understand, easy to follow and you can set a reminder
Its a good app, but it gives is 30 days....how do we know how many reps or lifts or so on we are suppose to do?
