30 Day Cardio Challenge FREE for Android
I love the app and I feel a lot fitter on day 6! But I'm wondering, do I just do what it says to do or do I have to do sets of these workouts to see proper results? Thanks!
I like how the exercises start you of slow for if you haven't worked out in a while and then as days go on it's more. You can feel your heart racing more as the days go on. I think they need to add least two more exercises. It would also be nice if the app told you how many calories you lost per day you achieved. It's hard looking on Google to find out how many calories I burned.
It's got a nice set of exercises, but the interface is quite slow and too manual. Doesn't really discipline you enough with timers or determined sets. Still a good app and have been losing weight with it.
The arms challenge and abs really work for me since im a college i have no time to do my old habits like hitting the gym ...irregular scheds. Also is my prob. I used this for 1 month and the abs challenge really help me bcuz i want to maintain my slender shape
I appreciate the video instructions. Even rest time counts 60 seconds you have option to press Next to start next exercise thus shortening rest periods. I like the build up, start with doable daily reps that increase in number daily , build your confidence, technique and have a workout goal achieved in shortest amount of time. This 30 day might just be the jumpstart to fitness that i needed :-D
The apps are good. Day 4 and I can feel a difference. The only thing that would make them better would be the ability to move to sd card. When you download 10 different challenges to do successively, it uses up quite a bit of memory.
Am enjoying this, but found it boring having a minutes rest so I go straight through now. Combined with the abs workout. Also feels not long enough, am on day six. Does it burn calories or a gimmick?
I just installed it together with the back, abs and butt challenges. The reviews are great but I would like to know if its effective for weightloss?? I'm kinda fat not too fat but I wanna be slimmed and toned up.
Why can't there be an app like this but combine all the different apps? 30 day challenge with abs, back, legs, push ups etc. All the 30 day challenge apps focus on one thing.
I did this combined with the 30 day abs and did not see much in the way of results other than a lot of effort exerted and chugging through the numerous rep jncreases. Good start I guess. Just not as effective as I had hoped.
Only 3 stars bcoz i want to hav a feature tht makes workout plans according to the weight & height of the persn using it...also no featur to sync it with google fit.
I am only on day 3 and really feel the burn. I am using the arm, abs, cardio, butt, and pushup challenges everyday for a complete workout. It really works!!
I like that you can tick each day as you go, that kinda motivates me to get to the next tick. I just wish the reminder worked better. Doesn't matter what time I set it for, it sends the reminder immediately after I've set it.

I love all these 30 day challenge apps!! I'm a mother of three children and have had c-sections for all 3. Losing weight for me has been a big challenge. I started using this app along with the arms and abs challenge combined with a healthy diet, and I've lost 15 pounds in 4 months. Not only have I lost weight but the workout has completely changed my body shape. My husband is always complimenting me on how amazing I look. I hope my story helps motivate you too.
I have back problems but notice that if i cant do it all at once, i break it up morning afternoon, or night to make sure i get it in. It definitely increases fast but i find myself after 3/4 days i cant wait to get up to start my exercise. Great app.
Good app but would like to see some variance between exercises. Would be more 'fun' to exercise if day1 was mountain climbers/skaters/jumping jacks/jump rope, then day2 different cardio exercises, then day3 back to original exercises...switch it up a little each day
Far too easy, 60 secs rest in-between each exercise is lame. I thought my cardio was not that good but skipped to day 30 to get breathing heavy. Maybe straight through.
Combined this one, the abs challenge, the butt challenge, and the plank challenge as a morning warmup workout. I'll do this, walk 5 miles, and then do an evening workout of body weight exercises. I've only been doing it for 3 days and I've lost 5.6lbs!!!!

Absolutely love this app. Great use and givea you a target to look forward too each day!!
Great App! The demo of each excercise, if you are not clear how to do exercises, is Very helpful.

I absolutely love this app. The 60 sec timer in between sets is what you're supposed to do for your body, the workout plan started small and easy, and gradually builds your tolerance.I can't stand the apps that start you right off with 60 squats, its discouraging. Thanks for making yet another amazing app! I'm on day 12 and I feel great :)
I love these apps. I'm on day 15 with this one, abs, butt, arms and plank and I can really feel the burn and see a difference. I really recommend these apps for beginners or for people who haven't worked out in awhile. It's not too easy and its not too hard.
It's gonna hurt real bad, i'm on Day 25, and I'm having fast and short breaths after doing one of the exercises, rest for 1-2 min to stabilize my breathing before doing the next one, i am a heavy smoker (for 20 yrs) and i have taken the challenge to test my cardio. It is also my first time to do any serious exercises. It just made me realize that i would have to choose to continue this new lifestyle or the old smoking one coz i feel the need for more 'air'. I felt some improvement though =[
Would prefer to be able to choose level (beginner/advanced) and I think the videos in each day are unnecessary. I just want a checklist.
Latest minor update keeps bugging me if I want to rate the app whenever I move around the menu or use the back button on the phone. Enough already! Once is enough. Previous version was running fine for me. I am not even complaining of the ads. The ads appear far much less often than asking to be rated. If the latest minor update was intended to forcibly solicit feedback, it was ill advised. You are now receiving feedback not for the content but for the functionality. This feedback applies to your other apps that is installed. They have the same annoyance with the constant asking for app rating. Kept pressing later, as in later after I finish the 30 days. Once a day, every other day, or week is more tolerable. Asking to rate the app while navigating around the menu or pressing the back button is irritating and has triggered unintended negative feedback, taking away good attention to what your apps are all about.
Am enjoying this, but found it boring having a minutes rest so I go straight through now. Combined with the abs workout.
On day 6 along with abs, arms, and back and I feel the burn. Glad it allows rest days so I know I'm not running myself into the dirt. Even when "too tired" I mix up a fresh smoothie and get to work. Perfect for beginners and gradually gets u where u want to be. Only gripe would be volume for the instructors. Otherwise great
First week was really easy. Using with ab and butt challenges for more workout. Keeps me on track with working out daily though.
It works, no intrusive apps. Simple to use, great workout guide! Gets a little tougher everyday with some rest days thrown in. They have so many different 30 day challenges!
Its tireing and hurting but good
Great cardio would like to cut the break time in half but only on day 4. So far phenomenal!
On my 2nd day and I'm miss unmotivated bit that's all about to change. I love it. I been doing the other apps too. I'm about to do the Plank now 2nd day too. If I can do it then anyone can. Thanks
I'm on day 7 and I can see it working. I'm doing this along with the butt workout and hopefully all this has worked out by the end of this month!
Coupled it up with abs and a healthy diet... Lost 3 inches waist in 15 days....
I have all the challenge but do your necessary to make the exercises without equipment

Good for easing into a routine. I use it as a warm up for other workouts but I'm not even 10 days into the challenge yet so it may eventually become a workout.
