The app is simple enough. Reminder works well. The two things "wrong" with the app are 1. When on the exercise page it should have a more obvious click here for exercise and click here when done kind of button thingies, and 2. The exercise demo doesn't include the pushup part of the exercise which can be added on the user's own, but if the user is not already familiar with the excersice he or she wouldn't know to add it... #2 may not be relevant due to the whole exercises are not necessarily universal...

You click off as you go along. You can do every other day if you want, still works and burpees are a challenging workout! Whip you into shape! Starts you out with 5, and adds daily increments of five, except rest days. I'm up to 35 burpees(day10).

Good challenge can set on pace do can push yourself really hard or go easier what ever you can manage. I do it with other 30day challenges as part of add on to work out

This app-line is okay. I love the layout and simplicity. But, it really should have a CALORIE COUNTER. You should be able to add your Weight and Workout Times so you can know how many calories you burned during your workouts. Also, maybe, it should be able to sync with My Fitness Pal.
