30 Day Back Challenge FREE for Android
For the first week I felt some pain in my muscles, but now I don't feel overworked because the workouts slowly increase everyday. Most of the 30 day challenges allow rest days every so often which is a nice surprise. I've noticed changes in how I look and feel and others do as well. My only problems with the apps are that sometimes I have to completely exit a workout to check how many to do because the yellow bar blocks it, my music pauses, and the ads are easy to accidentally click during workouts.
I use it daily it's convenient for me. I am not sure if it works offline since my phone is on data and I just always open the app. I would recommend.
Had back pain for 5 years, tried this and it's getting better. Will carry on after the 30 days to maintain the back strength. Thanks guys.
It's good for toning back muscles, I dropped a bra size in 10 days!!
This app is great but the reason I didn't give it five stars is because it won't allow you to listen to music while working out.
If you take proper diet then you achieve great results because I'm certified fitness trainer
Simple but very effective. The exercises aren't difficult but they definitely work the back muscles. Would recommend for anyone trying to build or maintain back muscle.

I have a back injury following a car accident and have been using this app to improve muscle strength. Ive not been as disciplined as I should and have missed days and then done two workouts in one session, but im on day 9 and the strength obtained so far is shocking. Such a short time frame and workout has proven really effective and I will be using this app far beyond my 30 days. Also downloaded the plank challenge and butt challenge which are equally great! Definitely recommend.

Very simple routine, but don't rush through them. Really take your time and focus on your muscles. Don't run from the "burn"....enjoy it. Know it's your body responding to your efforts.
Sometimes we forget names of exercise movements. I enjoy the video of proper exercise positions, it helps to make sure your not lifting wrong and causing more damage.
No audio, the superman is lame, that move where you pull stuff over your head is too risky and can cause very serious injury if the object falls.
Today was my last day of the challenge. I can't believe how my back changed. I used the app as a habit builder but it also improved my health. Would recommend to anyone. Easy to understand, easy to use. The best feature: no need for wifi. Thanks Teer Studios!
For now, I have no bad remarks. Been using it for 5-6 days
This is really good, especially if you don't have a lot of time. The exercises increase everyday and I notice the difference.

It's very simple to use with only four exercises. But I guess that is what you need when you are just starting out.

This is really too easy...bc I do them without weights...since I don't have any.

The instructions for each exercise are easy to understand, the gradual build up in exercises are great too!
It has a glitch from time to time, but good overall.
Works well, after completion should have a level 2 challenge update.

Great exercises, but its the same exercises for everyday. Wish there was a variation.
This is the best app by far I love the others as well adds exercise on but not to quickly so it's great for beginers who aren't very active absolutely love the apps I have them all thank you I'm very happy their free as well :)

This is a great app to help you build stamina if you're a beginner. It's the perfect substitute for a personal trainer. Only drawback is that it has advertisements and no sound other than that it's great!
Love it! Since I have scoliosis (meaning I can't stand up striaght on my own) this app helps me build muscle so I can stand up striaght.
Very clear instructions and shows you clearly how to do them. Only a few exercises and the don't tell you the number of reps
Back exercises to strengthen your back, but burns fat too.
I now do 17 or over of ab workout daily with same day of either back, arms or chest. Only takes 30 mins and you notice the difference.

What a shame, really love the layout of this app and really clear interface but absolutely ruined by relentless adds that constantly pop up. Would be tolerable if just occasionally but it's just constant and renders app useless if your busy doing a workout. Can't even turn them off! Would even be willing to pay to turn them off but can't. So really the app is rubbish because of this
