30 Day Arm Challenge FREE for Android
My third Teer Studio app that I'm using, is a great app. The main thing with this challenge is that you have to push yourself to the limit to make it more effective. I recommended it for everyone. The only improvement needed is: please let us listen our music without stop it by the guiding voice. Thanks
My arms feel awesome, my veins pop out a bit, and my biceps are growing extremely. I love this app. I've only got one problem with it, I can't listen to my music and have this app running at the same time. Apart from that, it's awesome.
It's a good reminder and helps you keep track of your workout. I also do it in sets when I reached a high number because it was too difficult to do all at once. Its a good app for beginners to start working out regularly.
Gave it 4 stars only because I peeked at the 30 day Mark and it looked a bit unrealistic to be able to do that many reps. Guess we'll find out!
Atm I'm on day 22. I've seen results. Stamina strength and size. I use a weight with the bicep curls. Not needed on others. When it gets to the higher reps, I pause when I can't do any more, rest a while and then carry on, until total reps are completed. So I do it more like in sets!! Will do the other apps after this is complete! :-)
It's a small app, and it does what it said. Finished two days exercise, wait to see the effect after more exercises. May come back after finishing the whole 30 days set
WHY DO I FIND IT SO HARD FOR ME THAN THOSE OTHER WORKOUTS KEKEKKE
It's a great way to start weight loss..it's easy and it will get harder later. And it's easier to stick to it and track your progress.
I seriously like your apps, and have seen the results, but every time while playing music, the app stops it. Please add the ability to listen to music
Really fair and doesn't make beginners discouraged
Helps you when you are stuck mid-way and don't know what routine to follow.
Not to hard as it starts you off easily then gradually gets harder
This is great for beginners and helps those that aren't beginners keep their goals moving higher. I love that they show little videos showing u how to do each exercise!
Only 18 days in and definitely feeling the benefits .. already installed the plank challenge too
I had the abs challenge for about 28 days then I moved onto this I can actually see the difference
Wish I could hear music.... You tube Pandora any kind of music would be great!!!

I would like to know how many calories burned per day.
I've installed the abs, butt and arms challenge. I'm only on day 8 but I can feel and start to see a difference. These apps are great and don't take up that much of your time.
One of the best circuit workout apps I've tried, and kept up with. This app is great for those who workout on their own. I use this app in alternate between days to target different muscle groups.
I really like this app. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. A training program with videos of how to do it and timed breaks.
I like the app it's on point and direct with what it has to do(btw love the video and timer that you show) the app it self is amazing I'd recommend it to anyone, but how many repetitions? Because I usually do about 8 reps of 12lbs 10 times each rep, but the app doesn't specify exactly how many reps you should do. Or is there just no reps? Please tell me because I'm kinda confused on it. Everything else is on point as well as the description on how to do the exercise. Thanks and have a great day :)

I have been working out with this app for a week now. My question is related to the bicep curls... I started off by doing the reps with 10 kilograms weight, but by day 7 It asked for 40 reps, which was way too much for me. So I dropped it to 8kg reps. Is it ok if I keep dropping my weights by 2kg as the app asks for more reps? Is it still effective? Today, I felt like my biceps were about to explode while I was working out. I love the feeling, but I also know that it means I'm near my limit again...
I have the abs challenge, the squats challenge, the arms challenge and the pushup challenge. These apps are great, especially for someone that needs a push.

Really, this app is so good
I like the calendar and general instruction and I feel something but I think each day should be a different arm muscle group and I'd say I still can't do a good push up.
I really like how it provides you with clear examples on how to perform each exercise, just in case you need a quick reference. Its tough, but only @ day three I can tell it's going to get me right where I want to be :-)

One week in and I can already tell the differences that are starting to show great to do with a friend and share to each other to keep each other motivated as it gives u the option to share each day when complete
Using with other apps for abs and cardio. Feels good. Just wish could fix the music issue everyone seems to have
