If your new to working out and your abs aren't accustomed to being worked, this app is for you. I've been working out for close to a year, at least 3 days a week and was looking for a new ab routine and decided to give this one a try. The beginning stages are well below the intensity level in looking for but I'll stick through it to the end and see what happens. Only complaint I have of of your using your device for music, it shuts off when you hit "start exercise".

I did the 30 day challenge and got a lot for myself at the end, and the future. The workout is there, but the progression is what makes the challenge. I liked how I could see each what tomorrow's work would be and even the final day, so I could commit. It's not very difficult, but it's not easy, too. When day 30 came and I finished my workout it made me feel great to complete. And the immediate results are noticeable. I am fitter, stronger, and in much less pain. I feel great about myself.

Iv been going through a few workout apps and found this one to be very straight forward and easy! I don't know much about the gym or work outs so this was helpful because they show you how to do the work out. I downloaded the abs, butt, arms, leg and chest and I walked out of the gym my first day feeling like I had a 2 hour workout. Really happy with it so far!

Just finished day 30 and much tighter/more toned stomach :) just had a baby in April and I think if I do the challenge one more time I will be in a bikini by mid summer!! Love the gradual increase, you can actually feel yourself get stronger as the days go on. Only complaint was I couldn't get volume on the instructional videos.. But i took before and after photos and there is a very noticeable difference so overall very happy :)

I'm on day 10 and loving the app so far. Brilliant that it gives you video instructions to make sure you're doing the exercise properly to ensure you're getting the most out of your work out. It definitely gives me a kick to workout every day as before I'd work out 3 times a week. Excellent kick to get you motivated. Feeling the burn and the benefits as my core is already a lot stronger!!! Doing more of your 30 day challenges. I'm now addicted

Being somebody who is on their weight loss journey, this app helps me stick with a routine and encourages me to move on to the next day. The exercises are killer when you are a beginner and don't have a strong core. I definitely think it it will make a difference by day 30. Pair it with the other apps and it makes for a great workout.

Love the app its progressive which helps you build up to a lot of reps. The only thing I wish is that it had the option to adjust the rest days. I dont want to reset and start all over but my normal rest day is on Wed. So it would be nice to just select that wed is a rest day and for the exercises to adjust. It'll also be nice if it had an option for extension. Once the 30 days are up you can keep going. Otherwise I love this app.

So far I haven't seem much difference. I'm trying all of products (except But Workout) of this maker but hopefully during week 2-3 there will be some visible results. It could add the function in what food or diet that we have to have to improve the end results.

Pretty basic exercises but basically it sets up your endurance with a few moves and keeps you motivated with reminders to do these exercises every day. 30 day butt challenge is good too! Same idea but for your butt and legs. Bye bye cellulite! I'd highly recommend keeping track of your weight, fat, and muscle mass every day at the same time so if you're heavier set than you'll better see your results. If you don't have that sort of scale than just have faith and keep at her!

I'm on day 27/30 and I'm going to start off by saying I started at an average build. Skinny but still had a layer of fat. Now that I'm on day 27 I can honestly say I'm still at an average build. Now the results are great though because I'm doing over 100 situps a day and close to 300 movements a day (not counting plank). This app is a great way to start off on your ab routines and has helped tremendously. If you're looking for a foundation to abs this is it.

The whole layout of this app is simplistic and easy to understand, each method for the exercise you're supposed to do is made clear and there is no confusion, I'm only on day two and I can feel where my stomach has tightened from the exercise. It's exam period at the moment, so having a reminder for doing the exercise helps me to keep on top of it. The only way this wouldn't work is if the person wasn't motivated enough to keep up!

This is an amazing app and got me good results. For those of you who thinks that they CAN'T go all the way to day 30, the best way is to start from day 1 and keep doing it till they reach the day they think is the maximum. Once there, repeat the same day you've reached for a couple more days ahead till you get used to it and think is easy then try moving on to the day after. This will sure take more than thirty days but always remember real results never come in thirty days only. Good luck all

This app is a good app. I have only been using it for s few days and can already start to see results. The first few days don't worry it will seem like your doing nothing but each day it becomes increasingly difficult. The only disappointment is that they only have abs in this app. They have like 12 different apps for different types of workouts. I wish they included them all in 1 app. You will only get results if your dedicated. Overall this is a fantastic app.

I decided to try this app and downloaded it because it had good reviews. I was encouraged when I saw the videos which evidently show how to do the exercise. In the video you can see their mouths moving so I expect to be able to hear something but no audio. I checked my phone volume and have audio on my other apps so it must be a glitch or else this app has no audio.

Let me start by saying I am an extremely active 22 year old. Doesn't seem like a lot of work, but after the first work out even I could feel my abs burning. Day two showed just as much burn. For best results don't put your feet under anything to keep them down. Really adds to the burn.

After you force through the first 3 days it will get easier. I wish there was a log in option. I reset my phone and lost all my data. Now I tried to start my 8th day and it says I have to rest...I've taken a couple days off but re-downloaded app and checked off days 1-7 now I'm forced to wait another day to start again... love it otherwise : ) Thank you.

I always had a bit of a stomach and I always hated it. I downloaded this app today and done the first day, I can already tell this is a great app. It's simple yet hard, but only recommended to people who won't give up. I can't wait for day 30 to see my results, picture time!

Day 26 and notice a difference. First 7 days were too easy then started getting tough. Doing 170 crunches and 60 straight leg lifts is too hard. I break them in half with 30 second rest. One concern is doing abs three straight days before rest. Not sure if that's the best plan for muscles.

Practicing for the past four days, cant skip their challenges for more than a day, I guess thats good! will come back with another review in 2 week. ps I don't want to lose weight I just want to strengthen and tone my frame.

Being a stay at home Mother, there's not a lot of time for the gym. Sure, strolling outside with the baby is good exercise but I needed a SIMPLE plan that focused on other areas of the body. That I could do in a small amount of time during the mornings. This is just that, simple. Best part is its effective. As well as easy to follow. Good app.

I am on day 5. I can really feel the muscles working. No definition yet, chose this to help rid of pregnancy weight. There is no sound even though you clearly see them talking. Also, for beginners, the instructions are not very clear (especially the plank) are you up for a count of 20 or rest on the floor between each individual one?

I'm a dancer. I'm at day one and found it quite effective. Engaging the right muscles you can feel them working already. I'm using all these apps in sequence and they are a great workout! SUGGESTIONS? WHY DON'T YOU MAKE A STREATCHING AND WARM UP APP?? I THINK IT COULD BE VERY HELPFUL!

I never know what to do to workout, nor do I remember what I did last time and how many reps. This app is helping me stay on track and get stronger. I love it! I also like that it isn't just sit ups or one type of exercise, but a combination of a few exercises. And it is so quick to do, I have no excuses.

This app gives you a reason to workout. It reminds when you need to workout or at a certain time. As a sport nerd I need to keep my body fit but I am a normal human so I prefer to watch tv or computer. Also the demonstration helps so you can keep up with the person. Good app. Simple to use. Rating could come later on so you can actually see what the app is like.

I have tried a few of the 30 day challenge apps and I like them so far but I've only done day one. For me they start far too easy. Also some of the apps (cardio, chest and arm) require dumbells or a skipping rope. I don't have these things so I think it should be mentioned in the description. Otherwise love it

It keeps track of your days, and acts as a personal trainer by telling you what to do. It reminds me when to do my exercise so I don't skip days and it surprised me with rest days. Download the app "Lose It" to track your food intake. These 2 apps together are the perfect combo!

Very effective app, with enough variety and good pacing. Occasionally I would do a day's activity twice if I found it challenging - I got through all 30 days in about 6 weeks. The ads could be a bit annoying, but hey its free

No exercise regimen can overcome inherent laziness, but this does a good job of building structure without being too obtrusive. Personally, i could use something more challenging, but this is a great choice for a beginner. Ab and other core exercises go a long way towards alleviating back pain in many cases, particularly if exercise has been recommended by doctors, etc. This app is a great place to begin building core strength.

Day 15 review. It has potential but I can't believe that marginally increasing repetitions on only 4 exercises is the best way. I've noticed no difference or if any, in the wrong direction. The solution is to add additional exercises. I'm dissatisfied so far. Update, I completed but I didn't see much change and in some areas not at all. Reason I gave three stars as I think this could be an excellent tool to build a base if a person has had a long break from working out before starting an actual program.

I did the whole challenge, but didn't really experience much difference. Anyone with strong abs/a six pack already shouldn't expect much visual change. The opening days are painfully easy and even at the end the number of crunches is still not enough to be difficult. Still, I enjoyed doing it and it kept me consistently active.

I have finished 30 days abs challenge and after finishing i must say that it's very tough to get abs in 30 days and so the app itself couldn't make it. Remove the myth from your mind that you will get six pack abs in 30 days. You may get some cuttings on your belly but not complete abs. So i must say on the whole it's a good way to start for beginners.

I love that u can take your time doing the exercise. It doesn't rush from one step to the next. I have a hard time with the situps and it stays on that exercise until I hit next.. Def feeling my core getting stronger after only 3 days...

So far it's would have 5 stars.. but don't have a reminder option if it's not going to be consistent

Have been using this for two weeks and is a great way to get back into working out. It is not overwhelming and the instructions are detailed. Not sure if it will continue when I get to day 30 or if it starts back over. Have not had any issues other then I cannot play music at the same time.

Whether or not you have worked out for years or are new to it, this app will definitely get you moving in the right direction! :-) something about just having the app on your phone gives you that light kick in motivation. Helped me get back into the groove.

I set a reminder for Day One and ended up not being able to work out, so I reset the days and set the reminder for a different time. The reminder hasn't come up again. Guess I'll have to uninstall/reinstall.

I really liked this app! When I started it I was like "this is way too easy" but it gradually increases and gets harder and harder. Today is day 30 and I totally see and feel results! Now I just need to figure out what to do going forward! There should be "the next 30 days" app or something to help continue on with the progress!

I'm only on day 3 so I haven't seen any actual results yet, but the workouts are getting icreasingly difficult each day. The app is easy to follow and navigate.
