It won't let me connect even though I am on the same network

It will not sync with my Snagit on PC, so it is useless. I tried the QR code capture, won't scan it or register it.

Does not work, everything connected properly, too. I have used Snagit for years. THIS APP is WAY SUB-PAR and worthless. When going to Techsmith Community Forum (online support is currently closed), I read tons and tons of issues and complaints about this app and the issues with the inability to connect. Techsmith is a fantastic company, period. However, this app DOES NOT make them look good, per their reputation.

Have had this app for awhile but now it does not connect to my network at all. Wondering if it doesn't like windows 10. WiFi is right beside computer and just keep getting error when trying to connect to system. Camera part works well even in dark areas but would really like easier way to link to my system. Need to add manual mode to give an alternate method. Too many people have commented same issue to be just my problem!

I can transfer pics to my mac but they are Snagit project files. Wtf are you supposed to do with those? I need the actual pictures, not a completely worthless project file. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPLETE GARBAGE!

Simple and rapid way of transferring whole screen shots to my desktop PC SnagIt installation almost instantly. I don't care that I can't select a portion of the screen to capture. I can easily crop the image once it arrives on my desktop PC. I would have awarded 5 stars if: 1. The transfer to my PC was immediate rather than having to go through a sharing step 2. I could figure out how to record the screen in video. If it's in there it was not obvious

Hi guys! I have issue with sharing of screens. Feature doesn't work with Android 6.0.1 + Sangit 12.4.1. Checked in two devices and two win. PC.((

While it very clean looking the QR wont even scan. I need this to work. Please fix. I am using the Note 7

Cant connect after scanning qr code. Both devices are on the same wifi.

It could be nice if it was update and if it was in full screen for HD screen. At the same time, they need to send the info through WiFi with a direct link without servers.

Working for Yardi system our Wi-Fi is on a separate network than out computers. As such I won't be using this app or yelling my coworkers about this app. Was really looking forward to it. Also, would have liked to see more document capturing features.

I am disappointed. I thought I was going to have a minimal alternative of Snagit on my Android. But I ended up with a crap-ware

Incredibly disappointed. The only thing it is good for is transferring media to TechSmith's desktop products. Its annotation capabilities consist of freehand drawing of a few different colors. No text. Not even the ability to control the thickness or opacity of the scribble!

Useless. It used to work great, now it won't connect no matter what. Techsmith support is no help at all. This product is completely useless.

I've had installed about 2 minutes and I can tell it's a keeper. It links to your photos and screenshots - something that android 4.4.2 puts in different folders - are combined in app. 1 1/2 years now I've never seen the light/flash of camera ON then a 15 min. HD video capability app offers too. ::PLEASE TechSmith::

Just downloaded Fuse, connected with Snagit on computer and within seconds I was sending photos from my phone gallery. Big fan!

All I can say is that Fuse works great on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A with S pen. I am using Fuse with Camtasia 8 .

Why would anyone need this app to transfer photos and videos to Camtasia? I can do that with a slew of cloud services already, or with a USB cable. I thought this app would let me record the screen of my mobile device. After all, that's what you'd expect from a mobile app that pairs with a desktop screen recording software product like Camtasia, right?

don't work, samsung tab pro 12.2 looked like something that could actually be useful. the app does not even support the qr code ?????

This is Really Awesome App. It can transfer form files from my Android to PC very fast..Really Love this App....

Please make camtasia studio 8 for android mobiles please please please please please please if you do I will give you 5 stars

Basically just transfers images and videos from phone to computer. Been doing this (easier) using Dropbox for years.

It does more than just transfer from phone to computer, Darius. It is designed to make it easy to get media from your phone into Snagit or Camtasia, and it does that beautifully. Dropbox can't do that.

Fantastic! This app let's me I instantly send pictures, video, and other media from my phone or tablet directly into the Camtasia or Snagit projects I'm working on. It makes transferring media a snap.

I stand by Snagit, used this program for 6 yrs now, & still luv it! I've used Windows, & now using Android phone & MacBook & iPad mini os; can't connect all os's with Snagit & had several crashes(too many to count) but "Still Am A Loyal & Hopeful Customer"!! When program is working without crashing, I'm Possitive that one day this program will work with ALL Operating Systems... Smoothly!!

I'm a long time user of SnagIt. This is a nice extension, smart move!
