TransCita Mobile App is a friendly, convenient and safe tool to access non-emergency medical transportation services in Puerto Rico. TransCita is licensed by the Public Services Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to provide transportation to the elderly population and people with disabilities (temporary or permanent). TransCita’s services include transportation to and from medical appointments, treatments, hospital discharges, imaging services, and many other health care related services. All payments via TransCita Mobile App are processed by Popular Merchant, an affiliate of Banco Popular de Puerto Rico.
