Fem Pobla!

Fem Pobla! és una aplicació per SmartPhones amb tecnologia nativa d’Android destinada al ciutadà, amb la voluntat de donar un canal de comunicació directe amb l’administració local mitjançant un producte fàcil, senzill i gratuït per tal de poder informar de possibles incidències a la ciutat.

Aquesta aplicació, per a les seves característiques, entronca amb les tendències actuals de Govern obert, participació ciutadana, i transparència municipal.

El Govern Obert és un canvi de model en les administracions públiques, una nova manera de governar i de treballar des de l’organització municipal. Aposta per un govern de la ciutat obert, més transparent i accessible, que reconeix la saviesa de la societat i és capaç de connectar les capacitats de les organitzacions i els ciutadans.

És un model on l’administració informa, obre el seu coneixement, escolta a la ciutadania, hi conversa i cerca la seva col·laboració, fomentant un major ús de les noves tecnologies. El Govern Obert es basa en tres grans principis: Transparència, Participació i Col·laboració.

Actualment les ciutats no tan sols depenen de la seva dotació d'infraestructures físiques ("capital físic"), sinó també, i cada vegada més, de la seva disponibilitat i qualitat de la comunicació del coneixement i de la infraestructura social ("el capital intel·lectual i social") que tinguin. Aquesta última forma de capital és decisiva per a la competitivitat urbana. És en aquest context que el concepte de "smart city" (ciutat intel·ligent o digital) s'ha introduït com un element estratègic per a abastar els factors de producció urbana moderna en un marc comú i per posar en relleu la creixent importància de les Tecnologies de la Informació i la Comunicació (TIC), el capital social i el medi ambient, en el perfil de la competitivitat de les ciutats.
És en aquest sentit que moltes ciutats (sovint petites i mitjanes) es summen a aquesta tendència de voler ser una “ciutat intel·ligent”. We Puebla! is an application for Android smartphones native technology aimed at citizens, in order to provide a direct communication channel with the local product using a simple, easy and free to be able to report any incidents in the city.
