The old system is better. I am always encountering login error. Can not do trades and check portfolio. From good to bad, please do something to improve the performance

Worst financial app ever. Metrobank is trusted brand! Why cant you get better app creators? 1000 thumbs down.

Can I still divert to the old app? The old one has better watchlist, shorter log in and loading time. Please help

Can we bring back the old ui? I regret updating this app. Also, logging in is so buggy.

The app force closes when clicking ticker. And it's noticeably slow to load data unlike before.

Nice, but I need the candle charts with volumes. Please. They're much useful. And also the refresh button and trade calculator

The new features are nice, but the app often gives an unknown error in the log in page, making it almost close to impossible to login.

Went really bad after the update. Unusable.

I can't login. I had already uninstalled and reinstalled your app as advised earlier by FMS customer service but to no avail. I'm using Android smartphone version 5. I don't have problem logging in via your website. Please advise feedback.

After changing my password, I can't log in on mobile app, it says error.. I unsinstalled then re-installed app but it's still say error.

I like this app very informative and helpful in trading.. hope you developed this app more better and if possible in the near future kindly add in this app the capability to managed my mutual fund/UITF with Metrobank.. i recently open when i am in our country.. but now i am here in overseas i could not manage my mutual fund anymore.. unless thru phone or when i get back in our country

i cannot login using application. i have a valid first metro sec account. im using a phone with android v.4.4.4.4

The new version is VERY SLOW. The Trade UI is distorted everytime. I had to wait few minutes. The current version is not good for fast trading. Not so usable at all. The old version so much better.

The new version UI is great to look at. BUT, the performance is poor. If you are in an area with slow inet connection, the indices page is so slow in loading. You cannot even login. I like the old version of the app because I can issue a trade order and check my watchlist fast whatever inet connection I have. Please consider the performance of this app as well using mobile data not broadband during trading hours. Thanks!

Cannot login into my account. Login error. Please fix. (PROBLEM FIXED. SOLUTION: Make sure your symbol/special character in your PASSWORD does not need to use SHIFT key. Example of symbols not allowed: !@#$%^&*( ) Symbols allowed: ,./-=

This new upgraded app is TOoooooo Sloow to load. I have 4G Lte mobile data abd 1gbps wifi internet connection but it will tale 30seconds to load my portfolio??? And another 30secs to load the dynamic data??? Please fix this ASAP as it affects my ability to trade!!! Whoever approved and signed off this upgrade SHOULD BE TERMINATED of his/her job.

Bakit hindi updated yong Metrobank direct sa first metrosec. Gusto ko sana magwithdraw ng some of my untrade balance pero yong last 2 months na balance ang nasa Metrobank Direct. Please fix. Nakakatamad tuloy magdagdag ng sa investment kapag magkapera

Please update full of bugs using IOS and android both of them have bugs.useless.
