Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey (ICSAT) android application is an android version of ICSAT tool. Surveys are conducted by quality team to take feedback of employees on the functioning of various support functions and departments. The employees are requested to provide their feed backs in a required format. After taking feedback the data is consolidated, analysis is done, reports are published accordingly.
